The apartments are perfectly located, close to the Philippine Market and the embankment, 10 minutes walk to the boats to the islands, even less to Gaya Street. The linen and towels are clean, although not new, no cleaning, a minimal set of dishes and one pot and frying pan. Check-in and check-out without problems, they write in WhatsApp themselves. The air conditioners work, it's bad that one blew directly on the bed in the bedroom, so at night we turned it on in the kitchen. There is an electric kettle, hair dryer, iron. You need an adapter for the sockets. The sea view is excellent, planes fly beautifully right onto the balcony). The apartments are not new, but for their money they are excellent.

A deposit of cash is required upon check-in. It looks fine in the photos, but the sewer smells terrible. Even if you close the bathroom door and open the window, you can't escape the stench hell. There is no dryer, so you have to let it dry naturally.
