公寓式酒店，到機場15分鐘車程。了，房間還行，乾淨整潔，走廊裏有過濾過的飲水機可以接水喝，有微波爐，冰箱，餐具，洗碗液和洗碗海綿。海景房看到的海景也還行，經過隔壁酒店Shore的大堂，出去左手邊有Orange超市、漢堡王，一樓還有中餐廳，早餐是在一樓當地的餐廳吃。旁邊有個大的亞庇中央菜市場，到曙光廣場打車5分鐘， 到Imigo shopping mall不堵車10分鐘左右，但是説實話，周圍的環境一般，orange馬路對面有個KK Plaza亞庇城，門口看起來很舊，商場不大，當天偶遇華人舞獅團在門口舞獅，裏面的ATM機沒有銀聯標誌，應該取不了錢。接機的師傅説酒店到加雅街步行十分鐘，我們沒去。

酒店距離亞庇機場很近，大約15分鐘車程，交通很便利。距離海邊步行即可抵達。對面是菜市場和海鮮市場，附近也有很多餐廳

I would like to share my experience during my first stay at Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu. Overall, it was only average, and I was dissatisfied with the service provided by the staff.
Despite informing both the front desk and restaurant staff a day earlier about my request for a breakfast pack (as I had to check out early on 09.09.2025 to catch a morning flight), my request was not taken seriously and was not fulfilled.
At the same time, there are flying insect in the room that disturb my sleep.
This was very disappointing as I expected a higher level of service and attention to guests’ needs. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service quality for future guests.

離機場很近，約20分鐘左右車程。房間乾淨整潔。周邊配套齊全，海鮮市場很近。6樓有游泳池和健身房，住的海景房，很舒適，下次還會選擇。
