The Aru Hotel at Aru Suites

First of all, the building is shabby and looks a bit like a motel. We went on a family trip, but the road leading to the room was so shabby and there were no convenience stores around, so my mom said it felt like she was in a motel… What a relief! When I opened the door, both my parents and I were so happy that we had reserved a clean and large room. Haha. But if I come back to Kota, I won’t stay there again. The soundproofing was so bad that the thumping noise from upstairs was so stressful that I woke up so many times in the early morning; it was so frustrating. It was so frustrating.

We chose to stay at Aru Suites based on a friend's review, overall we liked everything very much, very nice reception staff, always ready to help, always kind and smiling, will be happy to tell and answer all questions at any time of the day. We had a late check-in at 2 am, we contacted the hotel in advance and agreed, the employee was there at that time, gave us the keys and told us everything, thank you very much for that! The location is much more convenient than in the noisy city center, by taxi to any point of KK 7-15 minutes, it is not expensive, but arriving at Aru after a busy day in a noisy city filled with cars and people, you can relax and enjoy a calm measured life, the views from the balcony are generally super!! Take a room with a sea view, you will not regret it, the sunsets will forever be remembered in my memory 💔 The pool on the roof is excellent, open from 8 am to 8 pm, super views! Cons: 1. There is no possibility to smoke on the balcony in the room, I understand that this is done for the comfort of other guests, but something could have been thought up, because constantly going down from the 12th to the 1st floor is not very convenient. 2. They give out 2 key cards, one for the elevator, and the second for the room, it is not very convenient to carry them with you all the time, they could have been combined or made a waterproof bracelet. 3. Small beds in length, my husband and I are 1.8 meters tall, and the beds are 1.7 meters at most, our legs hang down, but we got the hang of it 😁 In general, the hotel is wonderful, you can even ignore the small minuses, we had a great vacation, huge thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness and I will forget ❤️🙏🏻
