Located in the city centre. Very spacious room. Nice breakfast with variety of options. Should try this hotel

This hotel seem new like an condo apart. Style. The towel was really old and with stain, I brought to front desk and ask for change, they change for me but still light grey towel not white, only without stain, I asked why look very old towel, the staff answer this hotel alreafy 5 years old. Meaning within thus 5 years never change at all?? Besides, the hotel room dont provide extra small towel only basic two towels. Breakfast was fine. With the price and the location we are on, I think not worth the price.

there is not many hotels that suitable for my bosses to stay. this is one of the suitable hotel for them that i can think of. luckily, they like it. thanks

Good budget hotel near to shopping mall. Easy access to others location surrounding town. BUT toilet door was seeing thru. No frosted glass.. I’ve been stayed at this hotel every time visit here. Been checked in here more than 10times. So this round , hotels need some upgrade already.

Kelantan is non-popular states in Malaysia. It’s been a while since my last visit to this state and choosing the right place to stay is very important especially when bringing together an elderly person. Renai Hotel is an old hotel but I can see it was renovated recently. It’s located next to Billion Mall so there was easy access to supermarkets for purchase of daily supply. Surrounded by few businesses centre link banks and 24hrs mart. No worries about the location about 2-3km to KB Mall (Biggest in Kelantan) Service by the staff was super excellent and every demand from me, they were able to furnish fast. I can’t say enough how I feel appreciated staying there when the staff service was great We opted for the breakfast and again was impressed by it. Considering location of the states, I can have almost from local to western breakfast and almost intercontinental style. Also delicious meals every day. Only thing not in my favour is the parking & elevator was not up to my standard. Limited parking and old elevator making your waiting time longer.

My favorite hotel in Kota Bharu, modern, spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast spread. Strategic location center of Kota Bharu and nearby to everything. Highly recommended and book early.

Booked one night on a whim as it is the only one with an available room in KB town proper. Wasn't expecting an amazing hotel, but having stayed there for one night, I think the hotel is great, and the staff are very professional and very courteous I might add. Room is clean, albeit a bit small, but no issue. There's some slight issue with sound as people kept opening and closing doors within my floor. Hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, convenience store and 24/7 laundry. Breakfast is limited, but it's enough to fill you up (Mihun goreng is too greasy though). Definitely recommended, but make sure to book in advance as they can easily get fully booked. I wanted to do a late checkout, but since my room is already taken, they couldn't accommodate my request. But that's fine.

The receptionist guy was very sulky and not friendly towards customer. He also hardly respond to customer’s questions.

The location is good. There are many restaurant and cafe around the hotel. The room is small with no view from the window. When first I enter the room, it was a little bit smelly and dusty but it is okay when the air conditioner run. They still use the old CRT television. The bed was good and comfortable. Overall it is good value for money.
