Хочу рассказать о том как мы приехали в отель Süreyya с подругой 31 декабря, бронировали тур на остравке по не понятной причине оплата не прошла и нам пришлось оплатить свое прибывание за 2 ночи наличными в отеле, тк туроператоры уже не работали. За 1 сутки за 1 номер нам пришлось отдать 10.000 рублей на рецепшене это 3000 лир за 1 ночь оплату в 2 раза больше по не известным нам причинам. Стоимость 2е суток (2чел) на сайте отеля написана 85$. Ругаться мы не ставили чтобы не портить себе и другим новогоднее настроение.

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

Overall the stay was a pleasant one, the hotel strategic location is a plus for ease of travelling to all major attractions in the adjacent such as pasar siti khadijah and others, near and in walking distance to 7 eleven and other eateries. Hotel room is not spacious but in a clean and neat condition. no odor and whatnot, the lift working well and this hotel have plenty parking space (open car park just exactly in front of the hotel & limited basement parking on the hotel building itself. Lobby is very welcoming and there is a decent cafe/ coffee house/ restaurant in the lobby area. This hotel is a hidden gem in Kota Bharu apart of all the other well known hotels, i prefer this hotel and definitely will be returning in near future.

The hotel is nice, but I had some issues. The toilet was overflowing whenever it was flushed, and we needed to call staff to fix it. The breakfast that they provide had only a few items, like cereal, mee goreng, and wasn't a really enjoyable meal. However, dinner was no problem since there is a food truck area right next to the hotel. Another problem is that the room is rather small. However, other than that, great hotel. Would go again.

Very close to KB mall across the road and only 5 minutes by car/grab to Aeonmall. Ground floor has a few cafes & restaurants; Coffee Bean, Nasken and e-mart24.
