There is nothing around this hotel that can help you with your journey, no supermarket, no bank, no restaurants in a walking distance.
The service doesn’t exist there and, believe me, you don’t want to deal with the hotel manager. There nobody at the front desk unless you call them with a local Malaysian number. We waited outside until someone helped us to call them. The manager asked us to pay more money in order to get the room we originally booked.
The room doesn’t look identical to the picture shown on the hotel’s page. The room is dirty too.

The picture shown on live site and the actual property are different. And the room booked are totally different as well. The picture of the property shown at website are located in KL. This is a false advertising.
And I the room do not included most of the amenities offered at live site..
