I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Villa KB. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made my experience truly enjoyable. I’m very satisfied with my time there and would definitely recommend it to others! Thanks !

The room is ok, the chair looks like it's broken, I noticed it before sitting down. It's very dangerous for the guests. The bathroom is stagnant, not happy

good service and a friendly front desk staff..nice room and well equiped with iron and iron board..the food was good and delicious although there was not much choices..the pool is also kids friendly

The hotel location at Jalan Kuala Krai, Kota Bharu Kelantan. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. No deposit when you check in to the hotel.Parking is free provided by hotel but very limited. Breakfast can be improved nothing is interesting. I am not satisfied on this below. Hope the hotel management can look on this matter and take action as follows. The room is clean but not comfortable. No mineral water bottle free provide by the hotel. Refer to the picture, inside the glass bottle stated that mineral water for rm10. The water tastes rusty. The mattress is old and not very soft. Air-conditioning not cold. The bathroom is dirty & very bad smiley.

toilets and showers are dirty and disgusting. luckily there is an eco shop for me to buy bleach and clean it again because I stayed for 2 nights.

The hotel had quite a season facilities  and required a new paint job on the facade. Additionally, a minor crack needed fixing, and the bathroom tiles needed polishing. The marks from drilling should be touched up and hidden to restore the pleasant appearance it carries in holidays villa brand . However, the service at the front desk and the hospitality from the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. I would definitely come back for another stay.
