Hotel location is good. Just next to KB mall. Theres also a coffeeshop above the hotel. But not linked from the hotel. Good for basic. Not noisy.

I have been staying here many times visiting kota bharu. Like the ambient and real hotel feel here, unlike some other coverting from shoplot and more to motel / homestay style. Next to the shopping mall and a lot of restaurants. Near city center.

I was in room 317. There is a bedbug in that room.
12midnight i ask reception to change me to another room. Hopefully that room been sanitize & this issue not occure in the future.

The hotel room cleaniness need to improve alot, lamp mulfunction no replace, flooring sticky too, the hotel location is nice bcoz next to KBMall easier for shopping groceries etc.
