Hotel sehr sauber,netter Service und zum Frühstück alles was man braucht. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits und ruhiger,was sehr positiv ist. Es liegt direkt am See und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants.

Fantastic place! Above all the lovely staff headed by Ms Karina! Spacious clean rooms, possibility to use saunas, solarium and fitness room included in the price. Excellent location - a few minutes to the beach, promenade or fishing harbour. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. The dinner option is worth the temptation - excellent dishes served like in the best restaurants, but in quantities almost like at grandma's ;) Prices in low season very affordable. I strongly recommend - we will be back.

Staff really great, hotel quiet and clean. Dinner portions far too large and the time from 4pm to 7pm not so good. 6pm to 8pm would be better. The entrance area very small, but it was a very nice week. Thanks again to the staff

We recently spent 8 days at Hotel Emocja again and can only be satisfied. Same story as last year actually. Delicious food, excellent service and friendly staff.... Also no more dogs in the restaurant, that's positive. Unfortunately, in our hallway where such an animal was often alone in the room and made quite a bit of noise. Disruptive dogs in hotels, I don't like it. It says more about their owner:-( They can at least expect us again next year. Great!

We have stayed in this hotel 8 times. We have always been very satisfied so far. We always feel very comfortable. The entire staff (manager, reception, service staff, chambermaids) are friendly and accommodating, and make every effort to fulfill the guests' wishes. Parking spaces in front of the front door, shops in the immediate vicinity. About 7 minutes walk to the beach. About 15 minutes walk to the center. The room is comfortably furnished and there is enough space even with a dog. We usually always have a comfort plus room with a beautiful large balcony with a lake view. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace. Lake Jamno is directly behind the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style and from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. What is missing in the summer is air conditioning in the room. Once again, a big thank you to everyone for the pleasant stay, you are great. We had booked half board and were not disappointed. Although there was only a small buffet or one dish in the evening, it was worthy of a star chef. You should definitely book the sauna (included in the price) and individual massages on site. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the nearby lake. Even if the hotel is not in the immediate vicinity of the center of Mielno, you don't miss anything. It is about 750 m to the beach.

We were there recently for another 8 days, it was 5 years ago. Price-quality top hotel. Super friendly staff, especially Pani Karina in the restaurant, good cuisine and everything available that our hearts desired. We will definitely be back soon. Still 2 small downsides, the only reason why I don't give 5/5. The same upbeat music is often much too loud in the hotel, especially disturbing in the sauna and restaurant. Apparently it cannot be used per department because on 2 evenings we heard sauna music in the bar all the time. I remember the same problem on our last visit. We have nothing against animals, but the regular presence of dogs in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was not so nice. Certainly not when such a large animal suddenly put its head in my wife's plate. In any case, we had 8 nice days. Very nice!
