Отель снаружи конечно хорош , но...! Были в отеле 8.05.2025. Заселили в номер без окон , стены в кафеле, размер комнаты 4 метра. хотя бронировали другой номер . Это не номер а комната тех обслуживания , задействовали все комнаты во время праздников . Столовая рассчитана только на завтрак , там они ни чего не готовят . Пришлось обедать и ужинать в Кафе ТЕРЕМОК , для которого пришлось запостись таблетками от живота. Стоимость этой VIP комнаты под номером 120, 6000 тысяч рублей за сутки !!!! Безобразие польное. и в этой комнате я находилась с ребенком ,на просьбу переселить в другой номер , сотрудники не реагировали !

Были в отеле с 5 по 7 января 2025 г. Поезд пришел рано, поэтому подошли в отель к 11 час. На ресепшене встретила крайне нелюбезная дама, но хотя бы милостиво позволила оставить вещи в другом корпусе. Там был более адекватный молодой человек, который заверил нас, что к 14 час. номер будет готов. Пошли гулять. Пришли в отель в 14-30. Оказалось, что номер еще и не думали убирать, хотя знали, что мы уже приехали. Через 1 час. 40 мин.(!!!) номер был готов. Отель расположен среди гаражей. В номере полулюкс (стоимость 8 000 руб в сутки) была полуторная кровать (140 см), треснутая раковина и незакрывающаяся створка душевой кабины, которую кое-как приладила на место уборщица. Утром было еще интересней. На завтраке (шведский стол) кофе предлагали только в пакетиках 3 в 1, а нормальный, из кофе машины - за 100 руб. Все встают, продолжительные аплодисменты за прекрасную бизнес-идею. Так что категорически не советую этот отель к посещению.

Отель Троя - хороший отель, в номере все удобства, вежливый и услужливый персонал, хороший завтрак с разным ассортиментом вкусных и питательный блюд. Еженедельная бесплатная стирка белья с глажкой. Молодцы сотрудники отеля, так держать!!!

Если нет воды свои фекалии будите смывать сами больше не кому. Макароны по флоцки тухлые сразу на толчок. А смывать нечем берите баклажку на 5 литров. На рецепшене хамоватые женщины которым нет до вас ни каких проблем. Старайтесь обходить это заведение, мне пришлощь только в командировке.

Я просто не могу пройти мимо такого отвратительного опыта пребывания в этом отеле! Это было одно из самых ужасных мест, в которых мне приходилось останавливаться. Прежде всего, я бы хотел поделиться со всеми своими наблюдениями о состоянии номеров - они были грязные и запущенные. Пыль и грязь повсюду, мебель полуразваливается, а шкаф просто разваливается на глазах. Это просто позор, что отель допускает такое состояние своих номеров!

Отель не заслуживает негативных отзывов,во всяком случае мы не столкнулись ни с чем о чём в них писалось. Отель скромный,но в номере было всё необходимое и даже более (халаты,тапочки,зубные щётки и паста,гель-душ и шампунь,чайник,чайные принадлежности, свежие бельё, комфортная постель) Персонал на ресепшене был отзывчивый и улыбчивый. В ресторане был выбор еды на завтрак, были даже фрукты, очень вкусный штрудель и кофе с кофе-машины. Были группой на экскурсии Золотое кольцо, все 44 человека остались довольны. PS Единственное местоположение-далековато от центра.

Выбрали по отзывам , были не плохие . Сутки нам хватило. Отель находиться в гаражах. Завтраки - шведский стол- не назовёшь,макароны холодные котлета была сырая ,на сладкое вафли и печенье . Цены завышены,мы жили за 3200 руб под крышей. Пахло в номере не очень ,одеяло цветные старые ,в ванной все отваливается и была плесень в кабинке , шумоизоляция отсутствуют , указали при бронирование двух местную кровать ,по факту две отдельные. Ответ был что не было другого варианта . У меня Все!

Отель 🏨 расположен между гаражами , брали номер полубокс , мансарда , очень душно . Диван весь обглодан , мебель пора бы и обновить . Одеяла очень маленькие . Удивило , что в номере не убирались , несмотря на то , что на ресепшн напомнили об уборке . В итоге вечером , после очередного напоминания принесли мыльнорыльные принадлежности , полотенца поменяли . Мусор уже было поздно выносить . На ресепшен милые , отзывчивые девушки . Есть кулер с водой , чайные пакетики , чтоб пополнили , надо просить . Завтракать не ходили , по прошлому разу подевались . Цена явно завышена , брали отель от безысходности , все было занято
