Шикарный номер, удобная кровать, очень хорошо пахнут шампунь и гель для душа, мягкие халаты. Всё новое. С телефона удалось подключиться к телевизору. Великолепная кухня в ресторане Гроза. Завтрак тоже хорош.

Мы в полном восторге от отеля! Давно такого удовольствия от проживания не испытывали. Мы много путешествуем, таких отелей малооо!!! Всё продумано до мелочей. Какие шампуни, крема, ароматизация отеля шикарная! Завтраки супер! Всё новое, стильное, сделано со вкусом! Вернёмся однозначно только сюда!!!!

Отель расположен в центре,очень удобное расположение, все рядом. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Все есть что нужно ( халаты,тапки,шампунь,вата и др.) Чистый номер,кровать удобная,трудно было вставать 😁. Шведский завтрак вкусный и богатый выбор. Всем рекомендую !!!

Отличный сервис по всем позициям. На ДР подарили креативный подарок. Спасибо. Просторные номера. В отеле красиво, особенно отличился лифт. Но… соглашусь с предыдущим отзывом, завтраки - это провал. Была пшенная каша - сухая, комом. Была картошка а-ля фри по форме, но тушеная вместе с такой же длинной свеклой - народ просто отпрыгивает, когда это видит. Бекона нет ( многие любят на завтрак). Рыбные тефтельки - на вкус ничего, на вид столовая… Нарезка и красная рыба норм. Гречка, блины, омлет, сырники - средне. Хлеб - только один вид белого на закваске (кислый) и один вид черного. И вишенка на торте - это десертный стол: печенье курабье, вафли и маленький круассан. И в каком отеле мира можно еще такое увидеть? Позор.

Номера хорошие, свежее хрустящее белье, детям дали милые наборчики с тапочками, просторно. Но! Завтрак неприятно удивил. В таком отличном ресторане (когда ешь за деньги), такие позорные завтраки. В сезон абрикосов и ягод на завтраке пара гниловатых яблок и консервированные ананасы. Ну позор! Молоко разбавлено водой (за такое вообще мне кажется сотрудников увольнять сразу надо), ложечку чайную попросили - не смогли нам помочь. До этого были в шести городах в автопутешествии в разного уровня отелях - тут завтрак самый печальный. А ведь это большая часть впечатления об отеле
