Kosgoda Hotels with Pools

The habitat was a enjoyable stay for my family. We had no hassle checking in and checking out and the receptionists along with the other staff were friendly and met our needs. The room itself was spacious and fantastic with a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The spa was also soothing and the massage was great and felt very relaxed afterwards. The food were delightful and well cooked with various dishes; the chef and catering staff always made sure we were satisfied with our meal. However, finding the hotel was a bit of a hassle, it would have been nicer if the sign leading to the hotel was more noticeable with a well paved road for easier access.

The advantages of the hotel are a very good breakfast and dinner. Buffet. Very abundant. There are both seafood and local cuisine. Delicious. I would also like to note the traditional Marriott chain quality of bed. I slept great on it. The beach in this place is excellent. You can swim safely - the waves are not so strong. Everything is very picturesque if you go left and right. Now about the disadvantages. Unfortunately, there are more of them. The staff are very unpolite, you felt like you were not welcome here, they were doing you a favor. Fake smiles. On the day of check-out, a little after 12, for a few minutes the staff began knocking on the door and demanding to vacate the room. Is this worthy of such a hotel chain? When I tried to pay at the reception with a Union Pay card, the staff said that the terminal for Russian cards did not work. Although, in other places and hotels in Sri Lanka, everything worked without problems and it was possible to pay everywhere. I explain this behavior by lack of customer focus, which, again, is very strange for a hotel of such a chain as Marriott and for the service. I also want to note that this hotel did not have orthopedic pillows or any other pillows - when I tried to find out about this possibility, I was rudely told that there were no other pillows and that was all. In general, for the staff, service and their attitude - a big minus and a bad rating
