Ein hübsches Kleinod an der Lagune von Kosgoda. Wir haben Massagen, die Ausflüge zu den Zimtproduktionen, Reisfeldern, Kautschukplantagen ... und zum Buddah Tempel mit Sini sehr genossen. Die Sonnenuntergangsfahrt mitvdem hauseigenen Katamaran zu der Insel, auf der 1500 Vögel einen Schlafplatz finden, war himmlisch. Sogar eine kleine Rundreise nach Kandy und Dambullah hat die sympathische Familie für uns organisiert.

Wir haben hier als Familie unsere Weihnachtsferien verbracht und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem und groß. Die Kabane war sehr sauber und wir hatten als Familie genug Platz. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß. Für uns als Familie mit Kinder war dies perfekt. Die Liegen um den Pool herum laden ein den ganzen Tag hier zu verbringen. Das Essen war sensationell. Frühstück und Abendessen waren variationsreich und mehr als genug. Die Speisen wurden immer frisch gekocht mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln und Zutaten. Wir hatten im Happy Man Village mit Abstand das beste Essen auf unserer Rundreise durch Sri Lanka. Das Beste an der Unterkunft waren aber die Menschen die hier arbeiten und Happy Man Village betreiben. Sehr gastfreundliche, liebevolle und höfliche Menschen, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen haben und unseren Aufenthalt zu einem echten Urlaub gemacht haben.

We didn‘t plan to go to that region, but decided to do so because of the very good comment in the „Guide du routard“. What shall we Dax? This family is just amazing! Super friendly, top service and top organisation of tours into the region, out of the touristic business. As soon as we come back to Sri Lanka, we‘ll come back!

We stayed 5 nights at Happy Man and enjoyed every second of it. The bungalows are well designed and have a luxury feel. The garden is immaculately kept and has a good sized pool that can be used at anytime of the day. The food, oh my goodness, was absolutely delicious, the varied dishes each night had us booking dinner 4 out of 5 nights, truly exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We received a knock on our door in the late evening as a turtle was on the grass next to our bungalow. :) If you come to Bentota, this place is a must stay.

Завтраки, обеды, ужины будут поданы в то время, когда в хотите, в том составе блюд, что вы хотите и при этом размер порций всегда будет поражать воображение. Вас отвезут на любой ближайший пляж по вашему выбору (мы советуем Induruwa Beach) и заберу оттуда в то время, которое вы назначите, и это будет бесплатно. А теплый бассейн под звездным небом станет чудесным романтическим завершением любого дня.
