Saffron & Blue is a well-designed, completely secure and private villa, perfect for small groups. Each of the four spacious rooms has an en-suite and there are several communal seating areas, including by the pool. Although not beachfront, it is a stone's throw from the quiet Kosgoda beach, a natural rock pool and turtle hatcheries. A lot of care is taken with the food and drinks - served masterfully in colourful crockery and the Sri Lankan food is exceptional. We enjoyed pol rotis and string hoppers for breakfast and traditional rice & curry for lunch, while keeping it light with soups and fish for dinner. The villa manager and on-site team are welcoming and accommodating to make your stay seamless and comfortable.

This is an excellent place to stay at with family and friends. The staff go out of their way to serve you and the food is out of this world. Highly recommend this villa. Every meal is served with different designs of cutlery which is a unique experience that you don't get elsewhere.

We had an amazing time at Saffron and blue with our family. The house is really spacious with beautiful tropical design. We were so well looked after by the staff and had such a relaxing stay. They were able to organise day trips out for us with ease. The chef was great, he was able to cook whatever food we wanted which was all absolutely delicious. Our 2 year old and 7 month old absolutely loved the house especially the pool and having the beach so close by which was a real luxury. We had a perfect holiday and would definitely return. Thank you
