Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Unsere Ferien auf Kos im Hotel Platanista waren perfekt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das kulinarische Angebot vielfältig und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, weshalb wir das Hotel Platanista definitiv weiterempfehlen können.

4/5 stars. Clean room. Great pool.
I stayed in a brand new room, I was the first to use it. There was an issue of the bolt lock not working when I arrived, but was fixed the next morning. The room was very clean, everything was new and the bed was comfortable. I had a great view of the pool and property from the balcony. Although the room was great, there is no sound proofing and I could hear every footstep and conversation in the hall. This woke me up a few times late at night or early in the morning. The serving staff in the restaurant area and cleaning/maintenance staff in the hotel were very kind and helpful. The front desk staff seemed to only want to help at a minimum. Overall, the pool/room/beach were 5 stars!! Beautiful hotel!

Hotel pulito, camere moderne e buona varietà di cibo. Unica pecca: la spiaggia. Per raggiungerla bisogna attraversare una strada trafficata e il mare non è’ facilmente accessibile, soprattutto se avete dei bambini piccoli.

Wij zijn in oktober geweest. Een heel mooi hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel die de moeite nemen om een praatje met je te maken. Het ontbijt buffet was SUPER met voor elk wat wils. Rechts van het hotel zit een fietsen/auto verhuur waar wij fietsen gehuurd hebben. Er ligt aan de hoofdweg een fietspad waardoor je veilig naar Kos stad kunt fietsen. Kortom een aanrader!!

Merveilleux hôtel familial, restaurant excellent. Hôtel très bien situé près de la ville de Kos. Location de vélos ou de voitures à côté de l’hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné deux semaines, les plats ne sont pas répétitifs et il y a un grand nombre d’activités pour s’occuper sur cette merveilleuse île. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances au Platanista!

Our stay at the Platanista exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel is extremely well maintained. The room & bathroom was modern, clean, comfortable and was generous is size. Our first floor room had a really large balcony with table and chairs. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day by a really friendly lady. Our stay was on a half board basis. The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The buffet dishes were always of high quality and regularly replenished. The hotel caters for lots of people of many different nationalities. Despite this, they maintain high standards in the kitchen and I would say satisfy the needs of all their guests! The staff work tirelessly, are very friendly and attentive. There were daily activities organized by Misha and Greta. These included tennis, morning stretching, aqua aerobics, mini golf, water polo etc... The girls also organized the evening entertainment. This included Greek music & dancing, quizzes, and other acts. There was no pressure for guests to participate in the day time or evening activities, but everyone had great fun. It was well organized and with great gusto! The hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from Kos town. It was in a quiet location off the main road. The entire island was easily accessible by car.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und eine 12-jährige Tochter) waren in den Herbstferien für eine Woche in dem Hotel. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und konnten uns in der Zeit super erholen. Das Hotel ist ruhig und sehr sauber (wer "Halligalli" will, ist hier falsch). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Kleine Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben wir mit dem Taxi gemacht (ist aufgrund der Lage des Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht teuer). Die beiden Pools sind sehr schön. Der Strand könnte etwas schöner sein, war aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir konnten "schön nach Fischen schnorcheln". Das Meer ist sehr flach und steinig. Spielplatz und Tennisplatz haben wir nicht benutzt, sahen aber gut aus. Auch möchten wir uns beim Animationsteam Misha und Greta herzlich bedanken. Beide waren nicht aufdringlich, aber immer sehr freundlich und witzig.
