Agrelli Hotel & Suites

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff and the best special club sandwich! Recommended to friends and family. Hoping to be back next year. My 13yo says this has been her best holiday. Hotel lovely and clean and the staff are so helpful. Fingers crossed we’ll be back next year!

Stayed at the Agrelli as a last minute holiday, hotel is family run and we was always greeted with a smile and was made to feel very welcome. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the shower was the only let down, it was a tiled shower square with a shower screen but the bathroom always ended up getting soaked, spoke to one of the team and they said some of the rooms had been modernised so I would ask for one of these next time. Breakfast was included, this was a continental breakfast, though you could buy a cooked breakfast which was great value at 8€ and included a drink, there was other choices of food available too. The bar, dining area and pool area were all very modern and clean. Hotel location is great too, just a very short walk to the front of Kardamena for the beaches, restaurants and bars. We would stay here again.

On our very late arrival to the Agrelli we had the most welcoming family members who attended to our check in. So helpful with luggage etc. Throughout our 10 nights we found this service was supplied to each and every guest. Our room was furnished in cream and light oak with beautiful soft furnishings. Walk in shower in a stunning bathroom. Crisp white towels and sheets. Flat screen TV, fridge, hairdryer and toiletries. Balcony with sun loungers and furnishings. (Go on upgrade, you know you are worth it). Breakfast served in a beautiful white decorated dining area by the pool. Ample to choose from, service excellent. Food around the pool area was freshly cooked and delicious. Bar service was first class, sparkling clean glasses, crisp cool drinks. Inside evening bar had a great selection of drinks which was served by the most attentive staff. TVs available and our request for a particular programme (not football) was acknowledged without hesitation. Great place to chill. All in all the most sparkling clean property with many advantages which all related to the family taking care of all requests imminently and without hesitation. The most joyful holiday at the Agrelli Hotel & Suites. Many thanks to each Team Member who made this a holiday not to be forgotten. See you soon.

The hotel room was clean & tidy. On arrival the staff offered to change our 2 single beds into a double bed. They did this by stuffing sheets in between the two beds to create a fake double bed. This was slightly uncomfortable to sleep on as over time the sheets created a dip in the middle. The hotel amenities were very good, just a few minor dislikes such as the standard cocktails were not up to our taste, but the special cocktails were really good (recommended). Continental breakfast options were very repetitive and limited, by the 3rd day my partner had enough of the lack of variety of food. We did have the option to buy a cooked breakfast- prices varied. But we felt this defeats purpose of breakfast included. Great location. Close to beach, town and the sea front. Amazing scenery and not a long distance walk to restaurants and clubs. The hotel staff are very friendly and approachable and will help you with any requests. The staff really go out their way to make you feel comfortable, we really enjoyed the bar staff always offering bring our drinks over and also giving free shots and snacks. Lot of entertainment such as music, pool and board games. Overall very enjoyable stay and most likely would stay here again.

Our second time to this hotel and we will be back. George David, Marcus and All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Only gripe would be tiny TV and lack of channels but we didn't go to watch it really as we were out most of the time. Plenty to do and prices at the hotel were cheaper than the beach. Already planning to return. Note all negative reviews ate years ago so please don't let that put you off! Eldest in our party was 68 youngest was 5 and everything in between. We ALL loved it! Had the best holiday ever ❤️ the family that run this place are fantastic booked for next year 4 weeks I can't wait🤩 met lot's of lovely people made some lovely friends along the way it's so friendly all the staff are so lovely and friendly food lush love the cocktails what can i say the bar staff love you guys location brilliant If there was a 10 star rating I would give it Chris on reception thank you so much for all your help nothing to much trouble that go's for all the staff and family see you all next year counting the day's
