Monolocali piccoli, ma abbastanza funzionali in posizione fantastica. Letteralmente a quattro passi dal mare. Note molto positive sono posizione, vista mare, pulizia quotidiana e comodità letti, personale addetto alle pulizie molto gentile. Note negative, su tutte la doccia, con tendina a ventaglio davvero improponibile. Poco igienica e acqua dappertutto in bagno. La cucina c'è, ma è quasi inutile perché ha il minimo sindacale, una padellino piccola, un pentolino mini e poco più. Nel nostro caso poi c'è stato un piccolo inconveniente perché quando abbiamo prenotato con Booking ci è stato mostrato il monolocale al piano terra con giardinetto e invece avevamo quello al primo piano e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente a Nick, il proprietario, quasi ci ha irriso, perché avevamo prenotato solo il giorno prima quindi dovevamo già essere contenti così. Ad ogni modo location consigliata, perché in posizione fantastica sulla spiaggia più bella di Kos.

La zona di Kefalos ci è piaciuta per la tranquillità, bel mare e spiaggia lunghissima e ben attrezzata lasciando parecchio spazio tra le persone, market a pochi passi molto rifornito. La camera non è grandissima, ma funzionale grazie al terrazzo con una vista fantastica e una cucinetta monoblocco per alcune necessità. Ci sono nelle vicinanze molte taverne raggiungibili anche a piedi. Il bagno è purtroppo molto piccolo. Pulizia ok, cambio della biancheria dopo 3 giorni, cestini svuotati e puliti ogni giorno. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

I stayed at Irenes for 1 week. The owner is very helpful and tries to make things happen. I stayed at the upper floor, so no terrace or sunbeds but a comfy balcony that overlooks the surfing activities. Unfortunately I had smokers on both sides neighbouring my blacony which was not very pleasant as I dont smoke. The appartment is typically greek and a bit dated, the beds are firm, which I like and the bathroom is tiny with a half m2 shower and a shower curtain that will attach to you like no tomorrow! The kitchenette is very cute and cleverly designed hidden behind a roller door. I had a bit of an issue whith the cleaning lady due to the lack of english knowledge. We had a few issues and she also came into my room on check out day at 8.30 am (checkout is at 12pm!) and I was just getting up. Maybe good to clarify with manager as he is quick in actioning. Overall a good stay in a really nice pozy. Supermarket with all you need just across the road.

Sono venuta in vacanza a Kos da sola in cerca di un momento di relax e di pace e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta. Irene studios mi è stato consigliato su un gruppo Facebook e devo dire che non potevo trovare di meglio. Letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia più bella di Kos, sono stata accolta in un clima familiare ed accogliente. Lo studio pulitissimo e una cucina ben attrezzata e ho potuto cucinare sia a pranzo che a cena senza problemi quando non avevo voglia di uscire. L’arredamento è essenziale ma ben organizzato e non mi è mancato veramente nulla. Un’attenzione all’ospite veramente altissima e una cordialità veramente impressionante. Sono venuti incontro a tutte le mie esigenze sempre con il sorriso e con estrema disponibilità. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante (cosa non scontata) e acqua calda sempre (anche questo non sempre scontato). La location è spettacolare: si è fuori dalla confusione del turismo e si vive veramente un’atmosfera rilassante e superlativa. L’isola poi è facilmente girabile in auto senza problemi e tutto è veramente a portata di mano.

Ocean wiev room very nice, room against main road not so good. Mr. Nick was very helpful as we asked for change of room after one night, as we originally had payd for. Very cleean and friendly, close to beach and quiet at nights. We had some nice days here!

Loved this accomodation! Right on the beach and pretty central in the resort. Great room with a tv, little kitchette (with a kettle AND TOASTER!!!!) bathroom and terrace area. We were in Room no.3. Beds were comfy and pillows good. Toiletries provided which was great. Hairdryer although I brought my own. Rooms cleaned daily by Xennia who was really lovely and worked so hard. We hired a car from the same owners and it was great. Right over the road from Oasis supermarket. Poppy was lovely in there. Situated next door to Antonios for really good food. Loved it here for our 7th stay in beautiful Kefalos!
