An excellent holiday hotel. The rooms are spacious and light. The kitchenette and it's contents are adequate. The pool, the pool area and the bar are excellent. The cleaning staff are rather noisy from about 7.00 in the morning. Lots of shouting to each other and doors banging, echoing along the corridors.

Just back from a stay at the Angela Hotel. Its in a great location just a short stroll from the Kos Town harbour and old town. The Angela is spotless as are the apartments which are modern and have all amenities you could need. The pool was lovely, our one bedroom apartment was a decent size with huge balcony that overlooked the pool, the lounge / kitchen area was big and there was a safety deposit box for hire in the wardrobe too. I paid for the air con as it was still really warm and it was lovely and cool and made the comfy beds even more inviting! The bar & reception staff were very friendly. I was really sorry I had to leave to come home and will definitely return here on my next visit to Kos Town.

This was our fourth time in Tigaki but first time staying at the Angela and we were not disappointed. We arrived late at night and were greeted by the owner which was a lovely touch. Check in was smooth and we were given the option to move to a room on a higher floor after a couple of nights which we accepted. The first room, no 1 (a superior room) was spacious, clean and welcoming. We then moved to room no 7, also a superior, which was slightly different in that the bathroom had 2 sinks where room 1 had one. As it was higher it was quieter as room 1 is close to the adult only pool so if you don’t like the sound of running water while you’re sat on the balcony it’s probably not the room for you. However, with the patio doors closed you couldn’t hear it .The beds and pillows were comfortable so we both slept well! The room had enough storage space to unpack our belongings and had a fridge with a small freezer shelf. We had breakfast included in our booking. The choice of breakfast was good enough, but as the hotel is only small don’t expect it to be like an all inclusive breakfast in a larger hotel. We regularly had a full English breakfast which was enough to start our day. The “Booze Brothers” bar is next to the main pool at the front of the hotel with plenty seating area and was always our first drink of the night! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only negatives to mention is the size of the shower cubicle. If you’re on the broader size then it’s difficult to close the shower doors without banging your elbows but other than that the water was always hot, with a choice of shower head. I looked forward to my shower every day! And the other point was the disappointment in the one evening meal we ate there. When we arrived at the hotel we ordered and enjoyed a selection of meze dishes. However, the evening meal was not to the same standard. We did leave feedback at the time. Other than that I would recommend staying at the Angela. It is situated past the bars and restaurants on the main ***** with a car park opposite if you need it. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for being part of our fantastic holiday!

We stayed at the Angela Hotel for a month from 9th September this year. We wanted an apartment in a hotel with a pool. The Angela was perfect because we had a super large apartment for 2 with sitting room and kitchenette together with dining table for 4. We also had the biggest nicest bathroom and a huge veranda which you could acces from the bedroom and the sitting room. Great for cups of tea in the morning watching the sun rise! The hotel is super clean with the best team of cleaners. We had Anna as our cleaner on our floor who was extra special. The bar staff, especially Stella, were also lovely. Reception were extremely helpful because we needed more with staying such a long time allowing us to look at other rooms, sorting out a tv for us as well information on anything from taxis to when the water may return. Always willing to help. The pool is great and we swam in it most mornings because it is open at 8 am(not many hotels do this). The bar area is full of things to do as well as serving drinks and breakfasts. The location of this lovely hotel is special too because you can walk to the town with dozens of restaurants and bars as well as the harbour with all the boats. You can walk to the ruins that are throughout the town - you turn a corner and someone has a Roman arch in their back garden. There is a castle, an amphitheatre and a well preserved Roman Villa - amazing to survive the numerous earthquakes Kos town is a great place to visit and the Angela Hotel was fabulous for us
