Supermarket accanto all'Hotel. 4 stelle consigliatissimo.

Nice place! Hotel is lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. A few ants but that can’t always be helped. The hotel is a bit outwith the resort and if you struggle with walking then maybe not for you. Taxis are few and far between and are expensive €8 for a quick mile or so into the resort and to walk back in the dark could be dangerous due to the lack of pavements and the darkness. A shuttle bus would be perfect maybe a few times a day from the hotel. Also, maybe some evening entertainment or a kid’s entertainment team for a hotel this size would be perfect. There is a smell in the bar area that is so overpowering you struggle to sit inside. Like sick or strong cheese so be aware. Staff are all so nice and work really hard. I would definitely return if a few changes were made as suggested.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, the hotel is quite remote surrounded by farmland but quite picturesque, nice walk to the beach, takes about 10 mins, theres a bus stop at end of the road which will take you into Tigaki or Kos, bus fares are cheap. As for the hotel itself it is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, the rooms are clean but dated, the beds are awful, it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, we were given mattress toppers when we complained and extra pillows and it did help us to get a better nights sleep, theres no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room but was told you can ask at reception for a kettle. We brought our own travel kettle so dont know if you have to pay for them. Tourist tax when you arrive is 7 euros per night, quite pricey. Cleaners came in daily and did a good job. Pools were cold but once you got in it was ok,quite slippy underfoot, plenty of sun beds but quite a few were broken, toilet areas around both pools were dirty and not well maintained. Entertainment, well what there was of it was dire, greek night every other sunday, just 2 guys singing and playing their instruments, badly I might add and a disco on a wednesday, that was it. The food was atrocious, poor quality and either undercooked or overcooked, not much choice and always pork or chicken, I have never struggled to find something to eat in any hotel I've stayed in but this was quite a challenge, salad choice was ok but apart from that it was awful. Also there were a few guests who had dogs with them which were allowed in the dining room, quite unhygienic I thought. The staff had no interaction with you apart from the lovely girl at the pool bar, very friendly and always smiling. Lots of cats around the hotel grounds which are all well looked after. One good point..the weather was amazing.Oh also yesterday as we were leaving we discovered an item of our clothing had gone missing from the room, a brand new jack Willis zip up hoodie, looked everywhere for it, dining room, bars and even got them to let us back into our room after check out but it had disappeared

Hotel grounds are pretty, by the interior decor has a very late-90s or early-00s feel across the estate. The hotel would benefit from starting a rolling programme of minor refurbishment and redecoration. Practical inconveniences of the older style are, for instance, our having neither bedside sockets or bedside lamps in our double room. The water in our bathroom was barely lukewarm at most times of day. That said, we had a huge balcony, plenty of space, bed comfy. There were things to be quite positive about too. We liked the pool. Food I thought was tasty and sufficiently varied - my vegetarian partner also got along fine with it. It's not 5* restaurant quality, but I didn't expect that. Desserts are the one area which is quite boring/repetitive. I had no issue with the drink selection, although beware of the cocktails which are not on the All Inclusive which are inexplicably about €8 - surely if they were a few Euros top-up fee then more people would try them. But one thing that did really irritate me was the absolutely daft queues for coffee in the morning time - the two machines clearly aren't sufficient for demand, and half the time one shows an error message. The poolside snack bar is nothing of the sort. They should stop advertising that - it is a drinks bar with ice cream. That said, the gap between meal sittings at the main restaurant isn't enough to trouble anyone. I liked the many cats, which are friendly. Hotel is quite remote. We rented a buggy to explore the island and had a great time with it. Tigaki is about 30-35 mins walk if you're fit enough. It's very close to a very thin beach, but theres a bit of walking to do if you want a deeper beach with some amenities. I didn't mind the hotel being quite isolated, but it is worth bearing in mind that there isn't very much by way of entertainment at this hotel. (Except for a DJ on a Sunday when we were there). Factor this in to what kind of holiday you want. Finally, do pre-book taxis to and from airport. Like all holiday areas, the quoted price and the price the driver wants from you at the end vary wildly. I suspect having some accountability to the hotel is the only thing that helps keep them honest.

A good hotel, although a bit isolated (but we can’t fault the hotel for that). The food is good, a bit repetitive, but good. The desserts are a bit boring. The staff is great, with the exception of the black haired reception lady, and the woman from the village pool. My partner was feeding a small kitten outside the reception, and the lady kept on looking (angry) at us while mumbling something with the cleaning lady. We asked for some info of the hotel and the island, she threw a pamphlet at us and that was it. Now, the lady from the village is unprofessional. I went there to ask for two (watered down, in a small cup) cocktails. She was nowhere to be seen… so I waited for a couple minutes (most of the times we had to leave because we couldn’t find her). This happened a few times. I asked her if we could get the cocktails in a bigger cup, she said “we don’t do cocktails in big cups” in an annoyed tone. My partner asked if there are some sandwiches left, she sassily answered “you’re gonna eat in a few anyway”. Looks like someone forced her to be there. The restaurant staff is lovely.

Not a 4 star hotel by no means as advertised by Tui.3 star at a push. Room was spacious and spotless. Had trouble with toilet constantly running.but eventually fixed it. Food was average for a buffet style restaurant.no snacks available in the daytime..struggled one evening to make a choice of what to eat...the Fish was awful. There is no entertainment in the evenings.the all inclusive drinks finish at 11.00...and I suspected watered down alcohol as could barely taste the alcohol in the drinks.had to pay for bottled water at 1 euro a bottle.Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in better 3 star hotels..and would not return here again..sorry Tui you need to rethink your ratings of this hotel...as far as a rep was. Concerned. We never met or seen one even at the.times stated... This is my honest opinion of this hotel..

We have just returned from staying at Hotel Corali. We had a lovely stay. It was very good value for money. We thought we had just booked a room but we were given a very spacious apartmnent with lovely views of the mountains. The staff were very polite and friendly, especially the lady who served at the apartments pool bar. The guy at reception was very helpful at fixing my settings on my phone to get wifi. The food was lovely and plentiful. The restaurant was well managed/ organised therefore there were no long queues. It was very nice to mix with so many different nationalities. We made many friends.

me and my boyfriend stayed here from 17th sep for 6 nights, we arrived late tuesday, received a nice welcoming, however upon arrival you have to pay €7 per night for tourist tax which isn’t stated online until you arrive, the hotel kindly put us a small plate of food and a bottle of water each in the fridge in our room due too late arrival , upon arrival you also receive a welcome drink in the starlight bar, we have enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are lovely but old fashioned, cleaned on a daily basis, the beds are also comfy, extra pillows available on request, both pools are very nice and big, the top pool in the apartment village is deeper, nice temperature too cool off in with the warm heat, there isn’t a lot to do on the hotel grounds apart from sunbathing and swim, there is a tennis court on site too, the hotel is located in the middle of tijaki, the beach is a 5 minute walk down the track, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by empty land, but there’s a ***** of bars, cafes & markets 20-25mins away, kos town is a 30min bus journey which you can get on at the end of the road, in my opinion the hotel is best for those who want a peaceful and relaxing holiday, bar staff are lovely they kindly altered the drinks on the all inclusive list to fit our preference as some drinks don’t come in the all inclusive, and the restaurant staff are lovely, on wednesday night we had a disco night which was a DJ which was very good had people up dancing, apart from that there is no other entertainment, there is nothing for the kids to do apart from 1 park and the pools, there is no during the day activities which you would expect in a hotel. there is a few trips/expeditions around kos which can be booked through multiple places however i wouldn’t recommend getting a taxi to any of these because they never arrive, i’d either book an activity with transfers or use the bus. the food was lovely with different but limited options every night, the snack bar is pretty much non existent it consists of a few biscuits and pieces of cake by the top pool by the apartments. overall we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t recommend if you was after an activity packed holiday, perfect if you just want to relax. i would probably agreed that this hotel is a 3 star but could easily be a 4 star hotel to the right people.
