The hotel is very basic, but quite clean. It is located on a quiet street. There was only 1 blanket in the family room, the sofa in the living room is quite narrow for 2 children. There are only 2 types of breakfast - English and continental. We did not want a full breakfast, but they charged us 27 euros for 3 omelettes and 3 portions of cold pancakes. The omelette, by the way, was also prepared in advance. We asked to call a taxi, at the reception they said it would cost 8 euros. And upon arrival, the taxi driver demanded an additional 5 euros.
Overall, it is ok to spend the night, but you will not get any pleasure. Unless you are a very sophisticated tourist.

Brilliant location & breakfast; good pool, friendly staff. I loved this hotel after a week -- I can recommend it just for the superb breakfasts ! (Greek, English, continental). Less than 10 minute stroll to the harbour, less than 5 to the beach, plenty of shops nearby. The only downside is that rooms need some maintenance here and there - but I overlooked a slightly decrepid bathroom cabinet after a few days! It is generally well equipped eg air-con integrated in the building, and some renewal would earn it 3 stars plus.

The hotel is stuck in the seventies and in need of an update in decor. However, it is situated very close to the town and harbour and is functional. We had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, seating area and balcony. Kitchen equipment was limited but we only ate a cold breakfast there so o problems. The bathroom was clean with no toiletries but fresh towels daily. Safety deposit box is located in reception. The swimming pool area is small but seemed ok.

Super séjour en famille dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Kos. A quelques minutes de la rue principale de Kos et pourtant au calme. Le personnel était très agréable et à l'écoute et l'hôtel très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Some aspects are 5/5 - location, perhaps breakfast. But fundamentally the rooms are dissapointing - it's clearly been a 3*** hotel but the money (probably during Greece economic meltdown after 2008) has entirely run out to the point that much maintenance has not been done. Hence reviews and our experience eg bathroom cabinet falling apart; plaster coming away; ... and more. The maintenance did not spoil the stay - although a microwave with no buttons and one (of 2) Air Con units not working did impact. Finally: a pool so central is amazing (we find beach in August to be unrealistic - but many beach fronted bats with several levels of luxury are close). However the pool is shaded until mid-day so cold - and can sometimes be busy as it's shared with the hotel next door.

Functional hotel in Kos Town. All we really needed for a one night stopover. Booked for two nights as very early morning arrival on the island. We arranged in advance and were greeted at 3.30 am so many thanks to the hotel for that. Nice pool and good quiet location away from the centre. Large apartment with kitchen etc but not a lot of equipment. Staff were nice and friendly. Fine for a ferry stopover. Very good supermarket around the corner.

This could be a lovely hotel if some maintenance was done on it...there was holes in our ceiling where someone had fixed the Airton and didn't bother to plaster up the holes..The pool and surround badly mlneeds a clean..it's filthy..the sunbeds badly need a clean..its a shame to let a hotel get this run down..The staff were great..nothing was too much trouble..

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia di 4 persone. Qualità della Camera assolutamente scarsa, con tende rotte, contro soffitto aperto in più punti, mobilio vecchio, illuminazione insufficiente, brandina preistorica. Il bagno con cavi elettrici a vista e soffione vecchio consistente in un tubo simile al getto per innaffiare il giardino. Asciugamano consunti e con vari buchi. Davvero pessimo.

The location and the 24 hour reception were great. But the beds were sagging. There were stains and holes in the towels and bedding. The shower head was like a garden hose. It was very dirty. We didn't feel comfortable.
