We have been here before but as we have not travelled for 5 years we decided to go again. It is still a lovely hotel. Great food, clean, spacious rooms and lovely staff ( Anna, Serkis and the lady in the beach bar) to name a few. We had beautiful weather. The beach is lovely for swimming and cooler than by the pool. Everything was just perfect. If I had one thing we would have liked it would have been a non alcoholic beer! That was the only thing we missed! The views of Nissiros Volcano were spectacular too.

This was our fourth visit but after a gap of five years we were not sure if we would still love thr hotel or if things may have changed vastly. We found it on all fronts to be even more wonderful and relaxing than ever; front of house staff are polite and friendly (special mention to Denisa and Simon), the rooms and all public areas and toilets are spotless and always smell fresh, the standard of food is very high (Burger Project is of such a high standard as is the Italian restaurant [having to pay for wine at the latter does however feel churlish in an all inclusive resort]) and the umpteen pools are absolutely pristine and a joy to relax in. It was so lovely too to see some old faces omongst the staff; the delightful Anna and Karina who work in the Greek beach restaurant and beach bar. Just one member of staff at the main bar was unwelcoming, dour and frankly looked disinterested and not engaged or remotely helpful.. his blond hair should let management know who i am talking about. And just one last point; only the newish pool bar in the 900 block serves dry Prosecco.. who wamts sweet Prosecco? I didn't even know it was produced!! We felt so relaxed during our week's stay and have already decided to return soon. Enjoy for there is so much to enjoy if you holiday at the Porto Bello Royal.

Porto Bello Royal was a great choice for our trip with friends. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. We loved the variety of food and the multiple pools to choose from. The beach access was a big plus, and the staff were always ready to help. It was a memorable stay, and we'd definitely go back.

Nice Luxurious Hotel with plenty of activitys, A beautiful Beach, aswell as an great Beach Bar with really friendly personal. The Rooms are also very clean and have enough space for two people to three people. The food at the main restaurant also gives you plenty of food to choose from, changing its topic from day to day

Absolutely amazing hotel, all members of staff are friendly and always helpful shoutout to M and Katrina. Hotel was spotless, food was amazing and overall a fabulous holiday with Beautiful views, and places to visit, local buses to get to kos and Kardamena from the hotel, beautiful beaches and with 15 swimming pools it’s never over crowded, choice of 5 restaurants and the weathers beautiful even in May.

A great spa treatment from Peter. Very professional and good massage with facial treatment. We did a couple massage and it was a really good time for two. I can only recommend it to anyone who needs some relaxation and togetherness. Next time again.

Ein Hotel zum verlieben. Hier ist alles top!! Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Müsli über Ei in versch. Varianten, frisch gebackene Pancakes, Brot und Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, frisches Obst alles dabei. Auch für Herzhaftes ist gesorgt (Speck, Rösti, Bohnen, gebr. Würstchen). Zum Lunch ebenfalls viel Auswahl. Tgl. Abwechslungsreiches Essen zum Dinner (wechselnde Themen). Küchenchef Andreas zaubert JEDEN Tag aufs Neue leckere Gerichte mit seinem Team. Aber nicht nur hinter den Kulissen ist er zu finden, sondern auch "mitten drin statt nur dabei". Tgl. dreht er seine Runde bei den Mahlzeiten und versichert sich, dass alle zufrieden sind. Und nicht zu vergessen: die riesige Auswahl an Dessert zu allen Mahlzeiten. Wer hier hungrig bleibt..... na dann weiß ich auch nicht Alle Speisen sind mit Allergenen usw. beschildert. Weiter geht's an der besten Poolbar mit dem weltbesten Barkeeper-Duo Christos und Kostas, die jeden Abend für Stimmung sorgen (die Namen der anderen Teammitglieder sind mir leider entfallen): es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein super Team!! Immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Einfach nur top zu 100%. Dann gibt es noch eine Strandbar, eine Mainbar und eine weitere Bar. Das Hotel beeindruckt schon alleine wenn man die Eingangshalle zum Außenbereich betritt. Diese Ausicht ist einfach der Hammer. Hinter einer riesigen Palme hat man direkten Ausblick auf das Meer. Da lohnt sich schon das erste Foto zu schießen. Jede Bar, jedes Restaurant ist von allen Zimmern aus (egal wo sie sich auf dem Gelände befinden) innerhalb von nur wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Hier ist selbstverständlich auch für Barrierefreiheit gesorgt. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Themenrestaurants in die man sich einbuchen kann (Burger, griech., mediterran und italienisch). Wer Lust auf Eis oder Milchshake hat wird auch hier fündig. Es gibt auch eine kleine Eisdiele. Hier gibt es zudem auch kleine Snacks. Die Zimmer sowie die zahlreichen Pools, die im Hotel zu finden sind, werden selbstverständlich täglich gereinigt. Abschlußresumè: Wer hier unzufrieden ist, der sucht wirklich das Haar in der Suppe. Viel Spaß beim Buchen. Wir sind zum 2ten Mal hier und werden garantiert die nächsten Jahre nur noch hierher zurückkommen um Urlaub zu machen!!!
