Great family holiday 14 of us stayed end of may into June for a fabulous week rooms were brilliant loads of room food was the best all inclusive I’ve ever had. Very sad to see it closed would have returned only thing that let hotel down was location.

Absolutely love this hotel, we have been 3 years in a row and took family with us this year who also loved it. Tge pool area is perfect for all ages and so safe, the lifeguards on the slides are great. Everyone always found a range of food to eat and out eldest loved trying new food there. Absolutely gutted that it is closed! Any news on if it is going open again under a different company??

This place shut down / went bankrupt in May/June 2024. They did not bother to inform us. We arrived at Kos airport only to be told by our pre-booked taxi. We were left stranded at the airport and had to find alternative accommodation. Absolute shambles.

Hello, so sorry but not an actual review, more of a question as I can't find any answers online or with easy jet. Myself and my family (around 20 of us in total) have booked to visit in May 2025 as myself and my partner are getting married nearby. We've heard about the closure, but can't seem to get an answer from anyone but if we need to change hotels, or the future of this hotel. Is there currently any plans of this hotel reopening in the future, and if so will it be before may 2025? We all can't wait to visit, it looked like our dream holiday! Thank you to anyone who can give us some answers :D

We got back yesterday from a week's stay here and all 4 of us loved it. We went with our 2 children, aged 2 and 4. Food and drink: The food was excellent, with lots of variations throughout the week. Each night had a different theme from 'Greek', 'BBQ', 'International', 'Spanish' and more. They have 2 special restaurants upstairs which you can book 1 during each weeks stay which was also great. This was also up at the rooftop terrace bar, which I believe is a new addition to the hotel. The only thing was that the alcoholic drinks were very 'samey' and the cocktail menu for all inclusive was very limited to about 8 cocktails. If you wanted anything else, it was an additional cost. Staff: The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. Our shower drainage blocked one day and maintenance arrived within 5 minutes of us reporting this and sorted just as quickly! Entertainment: The hotel, obviously having water slides, provided excellent entertainment for the kids. They would've spent all day, every day there if they had the chance! The water was cold but refreshing on a hot day and the kids never seemed to notice! There's also a wave pool which operates for 8 mins on every hour! In the evening they had the kids disco at 20:30 which they all seemed to really enjoy too! Location: The location is slightly out of the way but there are plenty of buses available just at the end of the road as well as taxis at an affordable cost. The taxi cost €13 to Tingaki beach and also to the town of Kos. They don't have car seats for babies and children, however. Facilities: The hotel itself was lovely and modern, having been recently renovated. Everything was very clean and the maids (who were very friendly too) did a great job cleaning daily. The hotel is located on the beach which is also beautiful, especially at sunset! I read a review before going which was helpful, stating that if you head left of the beach you can walk down to 'sandy beach' which is bigger and sandier. All in all, the 4 of us had a great holiday!

Loved the hotel, perfect for our kids (6yr & 7yr) all of the pools were clean and safe with lifeguards at all time, active kids club, ok night entertainment which is a short walk from rooms by the pools, friendly staff and good food with plenty of choice for kids

We loved our family holiday last year - the hotel was amazing. The best pool we've ever had - perfect for all 3 kids to go in at the same time. We are all fussy eaters and we loved the food every night - the chef was great and told us his recommendations. We've just come to book our holiday to return and we are gutted to learn that the hotel has closed down. The kids always talk about their best holiday at this hotel and we were looking forward to going back (we've never returned to the same hotel before so that shows how much we loved it!) Such a shame.

My partner and I visited in early May with our toddler and baby, we all had a fab time and would be happy to return there. Room: We stayed in a family room, which was a bedroom separate to a small living area that could be used as a bedroom too. Which was great for staying separate when the kids went to sleep. The rooms were very clean and contemporary and the main bed was very comfy. The sofa bed was rather hard for my liking but the kids were fine on it. The second night, we unfortunately had some very obnoxious and loud guests move in, and the hotel were very empathetic and quick to get us moved to a different part of the hotel which we were really grateful for. Staff: all the staff that we came across were so friendly, and take the time to chat to you/smile. Some of them we got to know a bit better which was lovely too. They really take the time to make you feel special. The animation team were brilliant and so great with the kids. High praise for Cass, Nate and Zoe. There was a new lady who started on our last night so I'm not sure of her name, but she was super smiley and energetic! I had a few chats with Nate and Cass who were really lovely to talk to. We also were very fond of Silvana in the restaurant, she was the sweetest. Food: My partner and I thought the food was great. Breakfast had the sameboptoons every day, but there was plenty of choice still. Lunch and dinner had different options every day and we thought they were cooked well and had plenty of flavour. There seemed to be a lot of families opting for the pizza and chicken nuggets etc, another was often a queue for those, but we like to steer away from that. I know it can be trickier with kids being fussy eaters. Ice cream is available at lunch (I think) and dinner time in the restaurant, and in the front outside area at 3pm i think it was. Outside of this you can buy it at the gelateria, i know some other reviewers complained about this but I think its perfectly acceptable. Snacks were quite basic but perfectly fine to fill a hole if you needed topping up! Pools: the pools were brilliant, our toddler absolutely loved the pool with slides and the wave pool is great too. It was on the chillier side when we arrived but it was early May and particularly windy for a few days, but by the second week it was a lovely temperature and I gladly got in for a splash. Beach: This was a lovely little spot actually! Wasnt really sure from the photos I saw before going, but it's got lovely clear water and a mix of sand and stone. If you walk left with the beach on your right, it takes too down to 'sandy beach', which was lovely and peaceful, and funnily enough, sandy. It wasnt a long walk. Entertainment: The mini disco was great and our son enjoyed it, the animation team are brilliant and so full of smiles and enthusiasm. Unfortunately I cant comment on the evening entertainment as we went home after the mini disco. It sounded like great fun though! Overall, we had an absolutely brillia
