I felt the lighting in the room was terrible, there were no bedside reading lights, there were no bedside nightstands either.
Trying to read a book was such a task as you were getting blinded be the small ceiling spotlights.
For me the only pleasing thing about this hotel was the friendly girl that served breakfast.
One evening I came back to the hotel to find my room door unlocked after the cleaners had been in.
When I was checking out the receptionist was trying to charge me extra for the breakfasts I had.
My price was inclusive of breakfast.
The receptionist didn’t even say goodbye to me after my 4 night stay when I was leaving, maybe she was pissed off because I caught her trying to overcharge me on the breakfasts.
I’ll be going to the Park Hotel on my next visit.

Nice hotel across from the main square. Easy walking from the train station. Friendly helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms. Shower design was dumb leaving water all over the floor. No breakfast but small frig for food and drinks. Great for two nights.

Ramen onmogelijk open te zetten wegens ingesloten koker waar enkel veel lawaai is van afzuiging keuken en geurhinder! Geen verluchting in kamer, en na kwartiertje openen raam zat kamer vol muggen uit koker. Ook geen natuurlijk licht in kamer mogelijk?! Geen afzuiging in open badkamer met als gevolg dat na douche kamer vol mist hangt en zeer vochtig is. Airco kon ook niet ingeschakeld worden en na reclamatie aan balie wilden ze enken ventilatie inschakelen, terwijl wij aangaven dat het ‘s nachts benauwd en te warm werd als gevolg van ramen die niet open kunnen. Geen nachtlampjes, ook niet aan balie te verkrijgen, hetgeen in 3 persoons slaapkamer met kind dat vroeger gaat slapen het zeer vervelend maakt! Je kan enkel hoofd verlichting schakelen wat iedereen verblind. Dubbel bed zijn gewoon 2 losse frame’s (die uit elkaar schuiven) met slechte matras en matras beschermer die zeer veel lawaai maakt en niet strak blijft liggen. Kamer was wel steeds proper bij verblijf van 3 nachten. Restaurant en ontbijt is wel zeker aan te bevelen! Foto’s op website van 3-persoons kamer was niet wat wij gekregen hebben, en was prijs kwaliteit dus niet ok!

Location is great, just beside the main square and 3 min from the train station.
Room is comfortable but a few weird parts: toilet was separated so washing hands was steps away. Bathroom had only 1 place for hanging towels while having 2 sinks which is of course comfortable if you are with 2. Mini fridge was a nice touch. Closet to hang clothes was spacious but there was no iron. Did not request due to the hassle it meant. Staff very friendly
