The staff at the hotel were lovely but the rooms are a disaster. They do not have holders for toilet paper or towels in the rooms so the toilet paper is on the floor and any towels after use must be left on the floor.
The meals in the restaurant are expensive and just awful the selection is cheaply made fried premade food that has been made somewhere else and then reheated. Save your money.
The breakfast was laughable and when you order eggs you get 2 fried eggs on a plate with absolutely nothing else. The other breakfast options were again all premade frozen rubbish.
Our room had a major damp issue and we had water and condensation running down the wall beside the bed and pooling on the floor. My husband tripped twice trying to get in and out of bed. The bed sheets on his side were damp.
We are still waiting for a response to our complaint from the owners.

Great hotel opposite the main plaza in Kortrijk so perfect for shopping and dining. Restaurant staff very friendly, good cocktail selection and decent food options, but nothing fancy.

Slapeloze nachten!
Kamer voor 3 personen, heeft twee ramen die enkel uitgeeft op donkere koker waar veel lawaai van afzuiging restaurant is en geeft ook steeds geurhinder.
Het is dus onmogelijk om raam open te zetten voor verluchting!
We hebben deze raam één maal opengezet met gevolg kamer vol muggen uit de koker?!
‘s nachts wordt kamer ook veel te warm, en airco werkt niet.
Badkamer is mooi en open maar heeft ook geen afzuiging, met gevolg na een douche hangt kamer vol vochtige damp en kan je niets openzetten?
Na 1e nacht gereclameerd en hebben toen enkel airco aan balie ingesteld dat deze wel kon ventileren, nog niet koelen of verwarmen, dat werd niet toegelaten.
Kamer op voorbeeld foto lijkt veel mooier en was zeker niet de onze.
Geen nachtlampjes aanwezig en ook niet te krijgen aan de balie! Verlichting is alles of niets en met vroeger slapende zoon op de kamer is dit echt onmogelijk!
Restaurant en ontbijt waren dik in orde!
Jammer, maar overnachting is voor ons niet meer voor herhaling vatbaar!

Hôtel très propre. Personnel accueillant, literie de qualité trop moyenne. Chambre mal insonorisée qui a rendu compliqué mon sommeil avec le bruit de la rue.

Een zeer onbetrouwbaar hotel. Mijn reservatie werd op de dag zelf, last minute, geannuleerd zonder enige vorm van uitleg of voorafgaande communicatie. De klantenservice was ronduit onbeleefd en toonde geen enkele bereidheid om mee te denken of een oplossing te bieden.
