De kamers zijn klein, de sanitair is écht goed, de ligging schitterend en dichtbij de Broeltorens. Echter, hadden wij op zondag geen issue gehad met onze badge hadden wij nooit geweten dat we op maandag moesten gaan ontbijten in een hotel iets verderop in de straat. Dat dit niet werd vermeld tijdens de check-in maakt me niet blij en voor iemand met een hotel-opleiding zoals ik is dit een ervaring "beneden alle peil". Al geluk weigerde de inkombadge (wat kan gebeuren maar ook onbegrijpbaar is) dienst bij het verfrissen vooraleer we gingen dineren. De persoon die ons kwam uit de nood helpen was blijkbaar van het andere hotel waar we 's anderendaags moesten gaan ontbijten anders hadden we dat nooit geweten en die begon al geluk zelf over het ontbijt.

Good location in the centre. Hotel is modern and clean. Was spending 3 nights in Belgium and this was the most expensive but probably had the worst breakfast. No fresh fruit (only apples at reception). No bananas and this is cycling country!! No cooked breakfast apart from eggs to order. No non dairy milk available. Very helpful guy working on reception who was as helpful as he could be.

It is a great 3 stars hotel in Kortrijk. Clean, comfy bed, good breakfast and allows pets. It was a perfect base in Kortrijk for the night. Grote Markt is within 5 minutes walk and all withing easy reach. Has a park facing it with a nice café. Great price/value ratio. We stayed in room 65. Pros: - Friendly staff that is very helpful and nice. - Room has all what needed for a night and clean. - Pillows are very comfortable and bed is very good. - Breakfast is very yummy and they prepare eggs on order and costs 18 euros (worth it). They even gave a cava with no extra charge. - GroteMarkt within 5 minutes and station is within 12 minutes walking. - Shower pressure is great and its spacious. - Has a full bar downstairs near the entrance. - Free water bottle in the room. Cons: - The door between room and toilet is a sliding vague glass door. Not ideal it not a couple. - A tea kettle in the room would’ve been a nice touch.

I stayed here for 10 days during a trip to the Belgian cycling classics. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, the breakfast is good and has plenty of variety ranging from fresh fruit to viennoiseries, and the staff are professional yet welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location in that it is quiet, yet within a five minute walk of the beautiful square and the river front. Many good restaurants are nearby. It is also a very good location to cycle from with easy access out onto the rural roads.

Parking is non-existent, only two (2) spaces on site, for such a large hotel. Paid parking on street or in a parking lot block away. Overall enjoyed the walk to restaurants and the history of the village.

Dit is een verschrikkelijk onveilig hotel. In het midden van de nacht hebben ze mijn kamernummer en een sleutelkaart gegeven aan een persoon die enkel mijn naam wist. Deze persoon is dan tot tweemaal toe mijn kamer binnengedrongen. Het ergste is nog dat het hotel het wegwuift en dat volgens hen de gangbare procedures gevolgd zijn. Wat dus betekent dat in dit hotel iedereen je kamer binnenkan als ze je naam weten.

Accueil chaleureux et bravo aux hôteliers qui parlent bien français. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Literie impeccable et confortable. Hôtel très bien situé, près des commerces, dans le centre ville et proche d'un parking payant. Petit déjeuner copieux avec du choix. Possibilité d'avoir des œufs à la coque ou brouillés à la demande.
