Quirky hotel and nice beds.
Generally a decent hotel. I was staying with friends for a weekend cycling trip away so didn’t spend much time in the room. The major issue was the room I had ‘room 4’ the heating was broken and couldn’t be turned off. I called reception twice to sort but nothing happened. I was told to open the windows. TV only had children’s channels and 1 of the lounge chairs in the room didn’t have a cushion. Bit underwhelming. Didn’t see any breakfast as I was up and out early each day. Bed was comfy however so would have slept if the room wasn’t 28-30 degrees at night :(

Een hele grote teleurstelling, ontvangst was onvriendelijk en onpersoonlijk, de ruimtes waren vuil, spinnenwebben in de receptie, afgeschilferde verf overal... De kamer was ruim, maar vuil, de douche was ijskoud, geen tv. Initieel hadden we graag nog een drankje gehad op de kamer, maar na het onvriendelijke ontvangst ontbrak ons de goesting opnieuw contact op te nemen met de receptie. Ontbijt was triestig. Gezien de kamer al zo vuil en het water zo koud was, hebben we de wellness niet meer gedaan, uit schrik wat we daar zouden aantreffen..

Wat een zalige ervaring, verborgen in het hart van het gezellige Kortrijk. Zeer mooie wellness, ruime kamer, prachtige badkamer, heerlijk ontbijt. Proper en verzorgd. Heel sympathieke gastheer en gastvrouw. We hebben genoten van de vriendelijke ontvangst, de goed uitgeruste kamer en de handige, overdekte parking. U zal er ons in de toekomt nog treffen!

Vreselijke ervaring! Zwembadwater was erg koud en niet aangenaam. Hammam stonk naar schimmel. Infraroodsauna werkte niet en douches ook niet optimaal warm. Er is eveneens geen bubbelbad aanwezig. Overal stonk het naar riool. Verdrietige bedoening. De recenties hier liegen niet. Na een uur waren we al buiten. Ook veel te duur !! Is nog geen €10 waard.. Wij gaan nooit meer terug!

Koud overal Hamam stonk enorm naar kattenpis en infrarood werkt niet. Lauwe soep.Barsten in het plaaster van het zwembad.Kapotte stukken plaaster. Koud zwembad. Ligruimte was er niet warm genoeg om er te liggen. We zijn dan maar in de sauna gaan opwarmen.

voor mij de 2de maal, dit nu met overnachting. Voor mijn dochter de eerste maal. Kamer was alles voorzien wat nodig, duo- gezichtsbehandeling is een aanrader; een uur genieten. Sauna en zwenbad: Top!! Tapas: super lekker! topservice en vriendelijk personeel. Handdoeken inwisselen tijdens het spa moment was mogelijk; uitleg was grondig en alsook de rondleiding. kortom een mooie eerste ervaring voor mijn 13-jarige dochter; we komen zeker nog eens terug!!

De kamer was op het eerste zicht proper. Toch rook het er naar sigaretten en lagen er lange haren op het bed. De matras lag helemaal door en de kussens waren veel te groot/hoog. De welness??? Het zwembad was voor de helft in het donker. De infrarood was stuk, de hamam moest je blijkbaar reserveren maar aangezien we geen uitleg kregen bij het inchecken wisten we ook niet hoe of wat. Het ontbijt was echt verschrikkelijk! 4 afgebakken koffiekoeken super vettig, degoutant! De foto’s op de website komen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit, het hotel is ooit super geweest maar de prijs die je nu betaald is het echt niet waard! Voel me bedrogen. Men was wel vriendelijk.
