Hotel Basant Leela

Decent stay with fine food. Small hotel but best in this area. The sheets were lilo spotty and the bathroom was small. That can be improved on.

There was no hot water coming in my room, i was charged by mmt as well as the hotel for the reason that mm t was not working and the staff did not even check.

Our stay for overnight was too hard in hotel. Poor management of the stuff was seen. Mattress were so uncomfortable to sleep. Room extremely small according to the price there was no amenities provided just few soap and toothbrush. Toilet not workable even the jet of flush was not working properly. Ac not functioning properly only 1 or 2 buttons were working. They should actually work on there hotel room service comparison to there price which was not at all worthy for such high price.

Rooms is clean and well maintained. Bathroom stinks all the time. If you are absent from your room for a couple of hours, they switch off the room A/c mains and you have to call them once you return to switch it back on. Power cuts are also frequent given the small town it is located in. Overall a fair budget option.
