Kaila Na Ua Resort

Very quiet & comfortable stay! The hosts & their staff were all absolutely lovely - made us feel at home! Anything we needed, they were able to help with. The Resort is located in a great spot, beach accessible straight across the road!

Terrible….Kaila na ua resort is definitely not family friends nothing there for children to do other than swim in the pool. The owner, she was bagging out most of the restaurants along the coral coast but yet, their so called resort doesn’t even offer meals. What is the meaning of a resort - ( a place that is frequented for holidays or recreation or for a particular purpose.) Kaila na ua definitely doesn’t stand up to this. Recreation ha that’s funny only a pool and some rusted old bikes. Particular purpose definitely wouldn’t want my funeral or wedding there. Not to mention no aircon in the rooms, with nights and days of 32-27 the pool can only do some much to keep you cool. The rooms had no phone service could use the wifi but would only work if you took it outside and it was a nice clear day. No Tv in the bedroom. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have hired a car unless you want to park your car on the street. I 100% recommend spending the extra money and booking at outrigger you don’t have to leave that resort it has everything and more. Outrigger welcomes everyone for dinner so if you choose to stay at Kaila na ua resort you’ll see for your self how good outrigger truly is because with out a doubt you’ll have dinner and drinks there and you to will be regretting your decision in not booking with outrigger

My wife and I stayed for our first couple of nights in Fiji following an extremely long series of flights. They organised our taxi pick up from the airport and welcomed us very warmly on our arrival. We were shown to our lovely ocean view studio and given all sorts of advice for local restaurants and places of interest. The pool area was great and the whole place was very relaxed, exactly what we needed. Most importantly, given the Rugby World Cup final was taking place during our stay, the hosts invited me to join them in their residence to watch it with them. A lovely gesture and they remained hospitable even though the All Blacks were edged out (sorry Warren). Great coffee place a short cycle away (free bikes available) and at least three lovely restaurants within walking distance. This isn't a big flash resort hotel. It is a relaxed, family owned place hosted by lovely people who will do all they can to make your trip enjoyable. Thanks so much Warren, Ros and Team.

Couldn't rate them highly enough, Roz and Warren went above and beyond to make our stay and time in fiji amazing. Kaila na ua resort was peaceful and beautiful. Staff were lovely. Great location along the coral coast. Can't wait to come back and visit Roz, Warren and the team again.
