Dear Korora Bay Village Resort Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our stay at your resort. As someone who has previously enjoyed stays at other local hotel/motels and is also a local resident, I found this experience lacking in several areas: General Condition of the Property: The overall ambiance of the resort feels outdated and overdue for a renovation. The rooms, in particular, could benefit from a significant update to bring them up to modern standards. Maintenance Issues: There appears to be a noticeable lack of maintenance throughout the property, which detracts from the guest experience. Customer Service: My interactions with one of the managers, Julia, were less than satisfactory. Her demeanor was unwelcoming, particularly towards families with children, which made our stay less enjoyable. It felt as though there was an expectation for guests to not fully partake in the amenities or disrupt what she might consider her peace. Given these experiences, I would find it difficult to recommend Korora Bay Village Resort for future stays, especially when compared to other local options like the Opal Cove, which might offer a more updated and hospitable environment. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the experience for future guests.
