The hotel has its own pier. It is quite convenient to come back from the sea. The rooms are very clean and the service staff are also very friendly. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not very varied.

The hotel has a pier, which is more convenient for diving. You can pick up directly from the pier.
The room is a domestic four-star standard. The catering aspect is relatively weak. There are few breakfast varieties and no lunch. There are no people at dinner.
The service is average and I feel like there are few staff.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Flights to Palau arrive and leave at odd hours of the night and they are always ready at the front desk to speed you through check-in/out and with porters to carry bags. The pool is clean and pretty quiet — I’m surprised it’s so little used. The carpets throughout are getting pretty dated and probably should be replaced.

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was very nice. There is a restaurant on property. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was also located next to a marina with close access to a dive shop and dive boats. There were only 2 negatives that I found. They don't have an elevator, so getting dive equipment up to the 3rd floor was a bit of a chore. Also, my room, as well as others, didn't have a balcony. This made drying damp scuba equipment a little more difficult. They are also one of the more expensive hotels around. This isn't a positive or a negative, it just is.
