Détente absolue au Camvillia Resort Nous avons récemment passé quelques jours au Camvillia Resort, et c’était exactement ce qu’il nous fallait — paisible, élégant et vraiment accueillant. Entre la vue magnifique sur la mer et l’hospitalité chaleureuse, tout était parfait. Notre chambre était superbe et impeccablement propre, la cuisine délicieuse (mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse !), et le personnel attentionné sans être envahissant. Nous avons également profité d’un soin au spa, un vrai moment de détente. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Camvillia pour nous avoir fait sentir si spéciaux. Nous rêvons déjà d’y revenir !

From the moment we stepped into Camvillia Resort, we felt like we were in a dream. The setting is simply magical – calm, elegant, and surrounded by nature. We were greeted so warmly at reception, and the welcome drink by the pool made us feel immediately relaxed and at home. Our room was just beautiful – spacious, tastefully decorated, and with an incredible sea view that took our breath away every morning. We loved how peaceful it was, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning team kept it that way every day with a big smile! The restaurant staff were truly fantastic – so kind and attentive, always ready to recommend something delicious. We enjoyed every single meal, especially breakfast on the terrace with that unbeatable view. You could taste the quality and care in everything we tried. I also treated myself to a little me-time at the spa, and wow… what a treat. The atmosphere was so calming and the therapist was incredibly professional – it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Most of all, what made our stay so special was the people. Every member of the team went out of their way to make sure we had the most relaxing, worry-free stay. There’s a real sense of pride in what they do – and it shows. Thank you, Camvillia team, for making us feel so welcome and cared for. This was exactly the break we needed, and we can’t wait to come back. We had an enjoyable stay at Camvillia as a family of four. We loved the relaxing nature of the location and the free transport down to the lovely beach. We did not mind paying extra for the sun loungers. The service was slightly hit or miss but one of the main compliments for us was the friendliness of the less senior members of staff. It was very useful having the shop/cafe just outside the hotel, and there are a few little shops and eating options within the village. Our room was lovely and we were very appreciative of the extra bed supplied. There is much room for improvement at Camvillia, even considering this as a solid four star hotel (as the UK tour operator sites do). There were 3 occasions where we made requests on the hotel with nothing forthcoming. Each time I gave up after asking for a 3rd time. The requests were very simple and yet made our stay less pleasant as a result. The green scum around the main and private pools was not appropriate and should have been cleaned. The Spa itself is in need of some TLC and has the potential to be a really lovely space. Although the treatments themselves were very good. We found half board was not worth it as there were too many restrictions on food, especially if vegetarian. Due to really excessive wait times for dinner, we ended up going to the (two) other options in the village in the evenings.

This was the second time I have visited Camvillia which is testament to how amazing this little gem of perfection is. The infinity pool facing the Peloponnese is so beautiful, the staff so friendly and efficient and the rooms/suites so thoughtfully decorated. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner manager who just wants to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The walk to the beach is lovely along a quiet road but there is a minivan if you prefer. The beach and swimming is idyllic. The hotel provides towels and for a small fee you can have a sunbed and drinks delivered to you. There are restaurants around the beach Akri being a favourite but the half- board at Camvillia is such good value with beautifully fresh ingredients. The pork was delicious. Breakfast is the best I have had, so many traditional choices. The backdrop gorgeous view is the icing on the cake. Already planning our return next year. Cannot wait.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room.

im September hatten wir das Hotel, das wir bereits kennen, für 10 Tage gebucht und waren einfach wieder rundum glücklich: Wetter perfekt, sehr schöne Anlage und ein spektakulär toller Blick auf das Meer! Aufgrund der Einzellage des Hotels ist Beschaulichkeit garantiert. Die Küche hat sich unserer Meinung nach seit dem letzten Mal von gut auf sehr gut verbessert. Das absolute Highlight ist aber das Meer. Am schönen Sandstrand ist nur ein kleiner Teil mit Liegen belegt und es gibt weder einen Motorbootverleih noch Quallen: das heißt, man kann ungestört im glasklaren und sauberen Meer schwimmen, soweit und so lange, wie das Herz begehrt! Eigentlich wollten wir das gar nicht weitererzählen...

Αυτό που μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση, είναι το πόσο καθαρό είναι το ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν απίθανο με private pool. Μείναμε μία εβδομάδα και κάθε μέρα, τρώγαμε στο εστιατόριο. Μπράβο στον σεφ! Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί και πάντα δίπλα μας.
