酒店位置可以出行方便，停車方便，中央空調凍人。入住時前台是位維吾爾姑娘，知道我帶着老媽還沒吃晚飯，很熱心給我們推薦了地道的美食街並且詳細説明瞭地標。
第二天上午前台換了一位，出門輸車牌號時説話一點都不客氣，我想是性格直接也沒太在意。
訂房時專門選了延遲退房到16點的權益，準備午睡下三點多出行前往博湖。13:40酒店打了個電話午睡中也沒聽到，14點這位前台過來敲醒睡夢中的我們“今天要不要續住”，又説“剛才打了個電話，留的號碼好像不對沒打通”。我説電話沒錯啊，而且我有16點延遲退房，回我説“一般都是2點退房的，因為保潔要打掃”。
半醒的我還以為自己沒選延遲退房，還沒來得及確認手機前台就不置可否離開。然後確認了手機確實是16點退房，既然對方也沒給準話、人也醒了，就衹好趕緊收拾行李。
出門退房時這位前台搶先開口並且換了個説法“剛才就是確認一下是不是延遲退房”，然後問拖着全部行李下來的我“要不要繼續休息”。簡直哭笑不得，在人午睡時催退房時能打電話敲門把人弄醒搞得一頭霧水、發現自己搞錯業務訊息後就不能再上門説明清楚、真誠一點別推諉狡辯嗎？
開車出去時腦袋還是懵的，心情也不愉快，感覺莫名其妙，就有了這篇帶氣長文。要不是有前一位的前台加分，服務肯定會打最低分。
