設施：設施設備都挺齊全的，全屋智能化，挺不錯的，但是智能音箱有點不太好使，也還算湊合
衞生：衞生的話如果衹表面看挺不錯的，基本符合連鎖標準，但是禁不住細看，細節衞生和計劃衞生，大概率是沒有做，客房主管和店長都應該好好反思下
服務：有接送站接送機服務挺不錯，滿足商務客人，但是前台服務員的對客服務和電話話術太差了，建議加強培訓吧，感覺特別隨意，且不尊重客人，電話諮詢拿個衣架，等了快一個小時沒有迴應，得再次致電才告訴：就她一個人走不開，後來安排了個大叔送過來，也是砰砰砰的敲門（聲音特別響，特別急，像催債一樣，很反感）
總體來説算及格線，總而言之有點軟件跟不上硬件，真是可惜業主投資了這麼好的硬件設施，員工服務太跟不上了
