Kocaeli'ne ilk gelişimimiz ve konaklama deneyimimizi ilk bu Otel de gerçekleştirdik..Kapıda karşılayan tüm Personel (Bellboy) güleryüzlü, ve yardımcı , resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaşlar da işini özveri ile severek yapan görevlilerdi..Tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel

Room was clean. Get extra bed for child. Only down side is miscommunication with the hotel staff. As they request for extra charge for child (7 & 9 years old) but we already chose room that includes child. But overall everything was good & a lot of varieties selection for breakfast buffet. 👍🏻

Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.

The lady at the front desk remembers her English very well and her service was very polite.

This hotel is very nice location in the middle market but not clean

The hotel's vintage concept was very nice. In a quiet position and the night sea view from the window was great. A right choice to rest. Recommended.

Llegamos muy tarde y nos tenían preparada nuestra habitación, personal muy amable y atento, desayuno buffet justo, estancia perfecta estudio muy completo calidad n aguas de cortesía pequeña cocina y lavadora

Staff need to be friendlier, at the reception... Location was in Orduma and easy to reach but only by car...

I visited early in the morning, but I checked in early so I had a comfortable rest. All the staff were friendly and comfortable nights. I will come again if I visit izmit again later.

Many things I didn’t like about this hotel. The only think I liked is the location 2 mins walking from the bus station. But very poor wifi , bad mattress. I arrived 12:30 they made me wait till 2 pm even if they could let me earlier. I asked for 1 double bed they didn’t provide it. For 50$/night I excepted much more. Won’t come back and will find another hotel for the rest of my stay
