Numa Konaktepe Hotel - All Inclusive

Stayed here in May got a cracking deal for a week last minute so booked. The hotel itself nice and clean, staff on arrival were good. We didn't get in until late, there was nothing for us to eat on arrival and with young children was a bit of let down from travelling all day. We were put on the top floor but had no lock on the door so kids could open the door and run out. We ended up having a back and forth with reception to get a lock on which they eventually did. Bar staff were sound always having banter and a laugh. Met some decent people so made our stay funny. The bar and pools by the beach made this hotel were fantastic, food was hit and miss but those pizzas on the beach were good. The beer is pony not a decent one, We didn't book a private transfer so took us over 2 hours both ways something to be wary of. Bus outside the hotel takes you into Alanya, was only 2 euro about 20 minute drive. On our final day they had our luggage in a little room which was a nightmare to get back and one shower-room between 15 odd people waiting so nearly missed the transfer back. Overall for the price it was a decent holiday, I wouldn't pay full price or return in the future.

The hotel is very modern and very clean, the entertainment staff are good people are able to have a laugh with them and they are really good with the kids there is a lot to do throughout the day. The bar staff are really good people. The mini disco is good for the kids and the entertainment is really good the fire show was really good. The rooms are really nice and would recommend have a sea view. The darts is a good laugh and is really fun playing highest score and killer darts.

First time in this hotel and it's been great. Entertainment team are the best - especially dogus! Food is a little hit and miss but overall good. Bar staff amazing waiters amazing and Abraham is great with yhe kids. Would deffo come back. Cleaners in every day and clean bedding daily.
