The hotel did not meet my expectations. Service oriented towards receiving tips. Not thoroughly cleaned rooms, no change of towels without a reminder. Food monotonous, arriving for dinner an hour after the restaurant opened meant empties or only chips and vegetables .

Bu güzel yorumlar nasıl yazılmış inanamıyorum otel gerçekten rezalet Beğendiğimiz tarafları lobide verilen hizmet ve denizi oldu sadece. 1.Resmen aç kaldık yemekler tamamen yabancılara yönelik yapılıyor özellikle kahvaltıda biten yenilenmiyor her yerde sıra bekliyorsunuz üstelik sıra size geldiğinde yemeğin kalmaması ihtimalide var. 2.Otel kapasitesine göre çok kalabalık havuzda insanlarla iç içesiniz restoranda masa bulmak zor içecek almak bile zor 3.Havuzlar ve ortak alanlar kirli oğlum ve ben rahatsızlandık 4.İçecek kalitesi çok kötü sulandırılmış hepsi 5.Yapılan kötü yorumlar google dan siliniyor maalesef gerçeği göremiyor kimse

Были дважды 11.23 5 - балла/далеко оч./ и 11.24 - 2 балла. Без 30 € поселят в лачугу на минус 2, невзирая на ваучер. Мы за 2 номера 60 €. Еда - столовка ! Одно и тоже , чуть тёплое, скудно, одно и то же. Задушили дымом от сельди гриль. Охота за столами

Lower than expected!
Very congested hotel! Sometimes u feel the working Stuff lose control, two hours to check in ,we booked 4 rooms they gave us every room in different story.
No signage at all u lose ur way easily between floors and facilities. Very noisy A/C, shower cabinet leaks.

Points need to be considered by the Hotel manageme
The hotel was ok, but:
1) the check in time over than an hour….
2) during the waiting, the reception team advised us to have coffee while wait from lobby as all inclusive, but the lady was rude and refused as they asked for bracelets…
3) 4 rooms which we have as family, was separated very far a part and after long complains they changed 1 to make them closer
4) the internet is the worst ever. The number of routers are very less which do not have enough bandwidth for the number of people, so every time you try to connect you will be booted immediately.
5) The team at the pool area was rude at the time of requesting the snacks as they delayed alot and was arguing with us for the reasons of delay and forgot the hospitality of the Hotels…
6) the spa team was the worst, as they were arguing for no reason and trying to convince you to purchase their service packages and every time you want to your the facilities they have without paying they will either tell you it is not working as the steam area and sauna which will break from adding water and the jacuzzi was broken until they fixed it
The only 2 things which was good, are:
1) the food was nice and several options available ( but restaurant AC damaged as it is very hot inside)
2) the pools was good and nice.

Werry nice experince! Nice people. Clean bigg rooms and balkoni. Close to sea, you can bath in november and it is 25 degri. There is a nice spa and relax with nice people. Love that and makes me feel good. One new experince and will olways rememeber.

Otele ilk gelisimiz yorumlar üzerine buradayız ama sezon sonu olduğu için otel kapanışa geçtiği için garson ve restorant personelleri zorla çalışıyorlar gibi tutumları var ,sipariş verildiği halde istenileni getirmeyip bekletip daha sonra yanlışlık oldu büfe kapandı diyip arkasını dönüp gittiler . Otel çok güzel temiz personeller türk misafirlere karşı biraz daha nazik kibar olabilirler ve yönetimin bu konuyu dikkate almasını rica ediyoruz .
