Noxinn Deluxe Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Food is normal, could be better, but coctail bar and it's workers Enes and Erdal is very excellent. The room is great and has nice feature's.

I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel as one of your holiday destinations. I have paid for superior room and was accommodated in a tiny cell with a sewage smell. Night staff at the reception desk was just awful. I had a feeling he was literally mocking us or looking at us like we were stupid. If it was my business, he would be out of the job. Day reception staff was okay and so were the guys serving food by the pool. Repetitive dishes, hotel was clearly in favour of Russian people which would be fine if other nations were also included and if Russians didn’t drink and start fights between each other everyday by the bar. Rude girl from guest relations that couldn’t even speak English, approached me before dinner to say that my skirt was too see through which it wasn’t as it was a wrap around that was totally appropriate. She works in guest relations which is very funny as being only able to speak Turkish and Russian leaves a lot to wish for when „relating with guests” Pete serving drinks by the beach bar was brilliant and probably one of the nicest people in this so called „deluxe” hotel. I’m not a demanding individual but for €650 I’d expect a little more kind. Overall 2/10 as they had cats everywhere. Would not go back.

If you are first time in Turkey, this hotel is ok. If you have been in other hotels here, then this one is not the best. Its middle ground. What is suuuuuuper annoying is that many times you have to sit and wait for waiters to get drinks. Want cocktail at the lobby bar? Wait 20minutes before somebody comes. Want cocktails at the cocktail bar near the pool? Wait 20 minutes. Oh and dont forget aditional 5-10 minutes before you get it. They have this stupid rule where majority of drinks are served like that. Only beer, some stronger drinks (like you can ask for whiskey cola) can be served like usual and only at some bars. Even coffee during breakfast is served like that. When you approach they tell you sit down, ask waiters. I mean come on, ive been here almost a week and havent seen a single waiter come during breakdast and ask / bring drinks to customers. When somebody shows up, ask for like 5 cocktails if you want to enjoy them for a while because it will take forever for them to get you another one. Hotel staff, if you are reading this, stop this weird rule. Allow customers to order at the bar like in 99% of hotels. Ive been like 11 or 12 times in Turkey, never encountered this stupid rule. Oh by the way, cocktails are otherwordly. I recommend citrus blend! Oh and about beer. Its ok but at the beach and everywhere else (except restaurant) it is served in small paper cups. You get like 5 sips and done. And it is 50/50 beer / foam so get like 4 at once. Only at restaurant it is served in proper glass. This is just my subjective opinion and does not reflect everyones experience.
