Noxinn Deluxe Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I have just come back from a week here with my family. We really enjoyed ourselves, I was really worried having read a lot of negative reviews previously. The good Staff - we found the staff to be helpful and polite. The staff at reception and the flow bar were amazing. Most staff we spoke to could speak (or at least understand English) the kids had a great time using Google translate to help them try to speak Turkish. Pools and facilities - the pools are great. Open from around 8am - 6pm. The slides are open from 10 - 4 with a break for lunch. We did not use the indoor pool in the spa but it looked lovely. The waster slides are great, adults and children were on them all the time. The lifeguards are good at keeping control in this bit. In fact the lifeguards were brilliant the whole time. The kids got their hair done on our last day at the hotel hairdresser - he was lovely and the hairstyles are amazing. We did not use the spa, although I would have loved to get a massage. Food - I enjoyed the food for the most part. It was all very much as expected for a Turkish all inclusive. Lots of meat, cheese, bread, fruit. Breakfast has great options. The fried bread outside by the eggs was a winner in my household. The kids loved the cereal options and all the fruit available. The flow bar or seaso bar were where we had lunch most days. The ice cream was nice by the beach. Dinner had a kebab every day, chips, pasta, chicken, meat, cheese, salads and then some small sample plates which were great. We did not try any of the a la carte restaurants. Drinks come in plastic or paper cups unless you are in the lobby bar. We had no issues with this and you could go up as often as you wanted. I don't drink alcohol but my husband said the beer and mojitos were fine. Room cleanliness - was immaculate our whole stay, fresh towels and sheets daily if we wanted the room cleaned. The mini bar was regularly topped up with water and juice. The hotel shops - a bit pricey but great staff and great selection of floats, goggles, snacks etc. we were there most days - you could quite easily walk 10 minutes down the road to some cheaper shops if you wanted The not so good The lack of space at the pool - there is a sign in the lifts saying they do not allow people to reserve sunbeds but this is not followed at all. Our first three days people were leaving towels out day and night and never taking them in. On our fourth night they started clearing the sunbeds after the pool closed but not stopping people reserving beds early and not using them at all. It is frustrating. I just told the lifeguard them moved towels, but I was usually down there quite early with the kids. Lack of space in the restaurant - it is very busy for breakfast and dinner. Staff are clearly working hard to clear and clean tables but it was difficult to find somewhere to sit sometimes. Evening "entertainment" - was very much focused on adults, children got to dance until about 8.30 and

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. Breakfast was terrible. Lunch was a bit better, and dinner was quite good. Room cleaning was very poor. Towels were missing every day, and I had to call the front desk for them. Aside from the front desk, practically no one spoke English. The cocktails were very poor. We will definitely never return to this hotel.

Ive just returned home from a 10 day holiday staying at Nox inn. After reading the reviews before our holiday I was a little nervous however I was very pleased with my stay. On the first day i had a problem with our room but it was sorted out straight away thanks to Can on reception who was very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and mini bar was filled daily with water and juice. The staff in the main restaurant again was extremely nice and helpful particularly Burak. I read alot of reviews about other guests being rude and a language barrier with staff however i didn't have issues with any of them things. If i return to Turkey i will 100% stay at the hotel again. Thank you Nox inn for a wonderful stay.
