We went during the holiday period, the hotel was very crowded, but we were very pleased, the pools, aqua park, pools and slides were amazing. The meals were sufficient in variety. We stayed in a standard room in the main building. The room was clean and spacious. Club rooms are a little small for families with children. The sea is calm in the mornings, a bit wavy in the afternoon, and the coastal areas are rocky. Sea shoes are a must. If you enter from the pier, there is no problem. We recommend it to everyone.

Ailemle birlikte Ekim ayı sonunda 3 gece konakladım. Otel geniş bir alana kurulmuş fakat ortak alanlara ulaşım zor değil. Personellerin işini severek yaptıkları yüz ifadelerinden belli. 2 havuz var, biri ısıtmalı. Aquapark tarafı basli başına ayrı ve güzel bir tesis. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel...Superior odada konakladık, metrekare, temizlik , buklet gibi konularda ***et yeterliydi. Yiyecek hizmetleri çok başarılı. Özellikle akşamları emek harcanarak hazırlandığı belli olan bir büfe var. Keza çoğu otelde pas geçilen snack büfesi de öyle. Alkolsüz içeceklerde kapalı kutu kullanılıyor ki , bu taktir edilesi. Alkollü içeceklerin yerli bir kısmında herhangi bir problem yok ama yabancı kısmında hepsi olmasa da " bazı " markaları ben bu kalitedeki bir otele uygun bulmadım. Tabii ki bu işlerde en önemli husus maliyet. Kesinlikle görmezden gelinebilir. Kısa süreli sohbet imkanı bulmuş olduğum guest relations mng ercan bey'e ilgisi ve cana yakın tavrı için teşekkürler. Tekrar gider miyim? Hiç düşünmeden evet...

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Personal und das Hotel war super. Vor allem der Wassersport war richtig lustig. Ich würde immer wieder kommen!!! Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt es gab immer sehr viel Auswahl. Der Strand war sauber und schön.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir konnten hier sehr viele Aktivitäten machen. Wassersport war sehr lustig, wir waren immer viele Leute und der Entertainer Siyar hat immer einen Witz auf Lager gehabt. Er konnte sehr gut Stimmung machen. Das Volleyball spielen mit Eros war auch sehr lustig. Es war überwiegend Deutsche im Hotel, so kam man sehr gut mit vielen Menschen ins Gespräch. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und das Personal sehr lieb. Die Cocktails waren ebenso sehr lecker. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, auch als Vegetarierin findet sich immer genug Auswahl. Die Bedienungen sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Anlage ist groß und selbst bei vielen Gästen wirkt es nicht überfüllt, sondern verteilt sich gut auf die verschiedenen Pools. Die Animation ist motivierend und sehr freundlich. Der Trainer Siyar motiviert beim AquaGym. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Ich kann dieses Hotel zu 1000% empfehlen!!! Restaurant ,Kellner,das komplette Personal ist Top!!! Und die Animation ist sehr lustig und super nett!!! Alles in allem TOP!! Siyar macht vormittags Aquagym diese ist immer sehr,sehr lustig!!!

Mit Abstand die schönste Anlage. Alles ist gepflegt und der Service ist top. Die Animateure wie Siyar, Mehmet und viele andere geben immer Vollgas und die Angebote für die Hotelgäste sind super. Sie es Wassergymnastik, Dart Spiele, Wasserball !! Immer wieder gerne hier!!

Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub. Entspannung pur. Zimmer im Bungalow war schön. Zwar war der Kleiderschrank etwas klein aber wir haben es hin bekommen. Zimmer sehr sauber wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Bett wurde sehr schön dekoriert. Sehr schön waren die kurzen Wege zu Restaurant, Bars und Strand. Die komplette Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Team im Kastalia ist sehr freundlich. Bleibt wie ihr seid, ihr macht alles super. Entspannung haben wir auch im Spa gefunden. Wir vermissen die guten Massagen. Natürlich hat auch das Essen zu unserem tollen Urlaub beigetragen. Stets lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Abend gegrillt und es gab immer was besonders. Geçen hafta eşimle beraber 5 gün konakladım çok güzel ve temiz bir otel hergün odalarımız temizleniyor yeni havlular konuyor minibarımız yenileniyor havuzları çok temiz animasyondan Gökçe hanıma teşekkür ederim bizimle çok ilgilendi alkolsüz içecekler konusunda menülerini biraz daha genişletmeleri gerekli diye düşünüyorum seneye tekrar tercih edeceğiz
