This is absolutely the best hotel and resort I have been on in 🇹🇷! The facilities and hotel rooms are absolutely top notch. The hotel crew are polite and really helpful and nice. Great food and a lot of variety during the days. Nice entertainment during the evening. Nice beach attached to the hotel and you also have a small kiosk/ bar/ burger stand at the beach . You can have new beach towels everyday. There is a small store just next to the hotel and you have a small shopping street within a 5 minute walk. 10-15 min by car to Alanya shopping center. Thanks aria hotel and crew for one of our best trips ever

RAKIYI PLASTİK BARDAKTA VERİYOLAR DAHA NE DİYİM. Otel bence konum ve temizlik olarak berbat. Yemekleri ve restorantından pis gider gibi ağır bir koku geliyor. Çocuklu aileler için çok sor heryer yokuş canım çıktı bir gece dayanabildim. Asansörü çok dar ve çok yavaş 4 kata çıkana kadar panikatağım tuttu. Odaları çok dar bebek arabasıyla girilmiyor bile. Yemekleri çeşitlilik olarak bence yetersiz ve taze durmuyordu. Biz 4 gece almıştık fakat 1 gece kaldık ve terkettik. odaya girdik ve her yer saç kılıydı. Derhal temizlik istedik ama temizlikçi abla ben temizledim hiç bişey yok diye bizle münakaşaya girdi. Bir yerden bir yere giderken sürekli rampa çıkıyorsunuz. Ben bir daha asla konaklamam. Denizi pis dalga kıran yapmışlar su asla temizlenemiyor o yüzden denize de girmedim.. Personeller çok güleryüzlü değil. Otelde çocuğumun oyuncağını unuttuk hemen aradık unuttuk gelip alacağız diye vefat eden teyzemden hatıraydı oteli terkettik diye sanırım oyuncağımızın orada olmadığını eminim ama yok dediler. Bir yıldızdan daha aşağı not olsa onu verirdim ama maalesef yok. Biz yoruma ve puana aldandık sanki bir hile varmış gibi geldi bu işte. bu sene farklı olsım dedik ama berbat geçti bir gecemiz. Geri bildiğimiz otele gittik. Bildiğiniz yerden şaşmayın derim. Herkese iyi tatiller. false advertisement!!!!! their instagram shows parties on the beach, fire works and fun but there was nothing like that at all when i was there! the lights in the lobby bar turn off at 12 so you are left in the dark! as someone who loves dogs, the hotel broke my heart. by the snack bar there is 2 dogs and according to staff they are never walked, they are large dogs who require exercise and walks! they are left in the cage 24/7! on a positive, hotel staff where lovely and the hotel over all was beautiful! just disappointed with the false advertisement and seeing those dogs really upset me!

A beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, worth paying extra for a sea view. The location is perfect, right on the beach. There's a private beach with a lifeguard, and a bar serving snacks and drinks. Free sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The food in the restaurant is good and varied. There's something for everyone. All the staff are smiling and helpful. The guest relations manager deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you, and I highly recommend it. It's truly worth a visit.

Otel beklentilerimizi en üst seviyede karşıladı çocuk dostu otel olmasından dolayı tercih etmiştik temizlik, yeme-içme hepsi kaliteli (alkollü alkolsüz tüm içecekler bilinen markalardı). havuzlar aqua park harika Animasyon ekibi yetişkin ve çocuklar ile çok ilgili mini clup buse hanim ,mert bey ,lucky hepsi işlerini profesyonel olarak yapıyorlar. Pool bar Çağlar bey Tuğba hanım Selin hanım Ahmet bey Tarık bey ve Nazlı hanım hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim kendim ve ailem adına . İsmini yazamadığım diğer personel içinde emekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

I recently stayed at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Serdar, who went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable, he constantly checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed, especially drinks. On the downside, the food, while tasty, did become quite repetitive over the course of our stay. Also, the room we were in felt a bit small, with limited storage space, we ended up keeping a lot of our belongings in our bags. The bedding wasn’t the most comfortable either, though we did eventually get used to it. Despite those minor issues, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.
