Eşim ,ben ,ve 3 yaşındaki kızımla tatile geldik.Otelden oldukça memnun ayrıldım. Tam fiyat performans oteliydi. Fazlasıyla beklentilerimi karşıladı. Kızım oldukça eğlendi animasyon gösterileri ile. yemek çeşitliliğinin fazla olması güzeldi..kötü yorumlardan korkarak gelmiştim.Ama memnun bir şekilde ayrıldım

This place is disgusting avoid at all cost. Food is terrible you have no idea what you’re eating nothing is labelled up. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Rooms are dirty never get a room clean blood on the sheets that they but on your bed rooms not fit to have animals to live in.

Были во многих отелях, но это просто разочарование и испорченный отдых плюс путевка стоила дорого (из-за повышения цен на авиабилеты). Плюсов практически нет, единственное, что удобное расположение, рядом есть рынок, магазины и торговый центр. На этом всё. Пляж. Грязный, громкая музыка...мешки с мусором лежали целую неделю, никто не убирал, очень сильный неприятный запах был. Лежаков тоже мало, не всем хватало. Есть бар с бесплатными безалкогольными напитками. Номер. Убитый, 100 лет не было ремонта. При заселении помыли всё САМИ. Наш номер не убирали вообще ни разу за время отдыха. Еда. Мы вообще непривередливые люди, но выбора было ноль. Не всегда свежая курица, а курицу давали не каждый день, мяса не было. Сильно ОТРАВИЛИСЬ, и не только мы,очень много от кого слышали. До сих пор не отошли до конца. Про тарелки писали уже в отзывах, это правда, все грязные, найти чистую - это постараться надо. Столы грязные, никогда не протирают, официанты только ходят для вида, но ничего не делают. Да, и место не всем хватает, приходилось подсаживаться к чужим людям. Вай-фай только в лобби и то плохо ловит. Девочки на ресепшене это вообще что-то, кто их туда посадил, ни одного вопроса решить не могут. ЛЮДИ, ЕСЛИ ВЫ УВАЖАЕТЕ СЕБЯ, ВЫБИРАЙТЕ ДРУГИЕ ОТЕЛИ, НЕ СОВЕРШАЙТЕ НАШИХ ОШИБОК!!! Хочется быстрее забыть как страшный сон.

We arrived at 3:30am to be told our room was not ready !!! The room was filthy, the staff were rude and the entertainer is awful. We got asked why we came there to be told that it isn’t an English hotel but Russian. My glasses were stolen, food awful

Отдыхали в отеле с 15 по 25 августа 2024. Отель очень маленький, находится возле дороги. Столовая расположена на улице. Еда очень скромная и однообразная. С утра блинчики с шоколадом, в обед один вид мяса, вечером тоже что-то одно. Из фруктов были яблоки, сливы и апельсины. За 10 дней отдыха не было ни разу даже арбуза. Из напитков было пиво, вино, Пепси кола на разлив. Пляж расположен через дорогу, нужно перейти по мосту и пройти вдоль других отелей. В принципе не далеко находится. В море были плиты и большие камни. Можно ходить на соседний пляж, там лучше заход в море. Все дни были волны. Этот отель рассчитан на туристов с очень маленьким бюджетом, которые приехали ради моря и экскурсий в Турцию. Номер маленький, мебель, сантехника всё старое и очень экономное. За 10 дней отдыха у нас в номере убирали один раз. Когда заселились не было ни полотенец, ни бумаги. Потом на ресепшене узнали что нужно ходить говорить чтобы что-то дали в номер, и также просить чтобы убрали. В отеле есть один аниматор. Он проводил в 21:00 детскую дискотеку, а потом до 23:00 просто орала громко музыка. По четвергам в бассейне проводилась пенная вечеринка. Недалеко от отеля есть большой рынок.

Sehr schlecht! Niemals buchen! 1. Dreckig, es standen tagelang Teller mit Essensresten im Flur. Reinigungskraft hat es nicht interessiert. 2. Zimmer wurde selbst mit dem Schild auf der Türklinke nicht aufgeräumt und gereinigt. Erst nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden an der Rezeption wurde reagiert. Dennoch wurden die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht gewechselt. 3. Toilette so dreckig als hätte die ganze Türkei darauf gesessen... einfach unbeschreiblich. Sichtlich sehr lange nicht gereinigt. Falls überhaupt...! 4. Dusche ist eine Ruine. Eine Trennwand fehlt, Duschkopf defekt. Duschen ist nur mit viel Mühe möglich. 5. Das Essen ist gefühlt jeden Tag das selbe. Gleiche Salate, gleiche Suppen, sehr geringe Auswahl. 6. Poolwasser wochenlang nicht gewechselt. Sehr viel Chlor im Wasser. Unter dem Strich: Nicht mal einen Stern würdig.

This was the worst expierence for a visit to turkey i 've ever had. Hotel was dirty the elevators were small and we got stuck in there for 3 to 4 times. the room are dirty, hair everywhere. food was terrible. pool was dirty and the entertaiment was loud and until late hours. Never comming back to Turkey again because of this.
