A hotel on a hill. Within walking distance to the beach. There is a supermarket in the basement, so it is convenient for small purchases such as water, beer, and snacks.
The room was clean. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed a few small ants on some of the walls, but this may be the case in every room and hotel, as the hotel is surrounded by nature. There were no face towels, only bath towels, which was a bit inconvenient.
The restaurant on the third floor had a nice view, but it seemed a bit pricey. The high price of beer, especially since there is a supermarket in the basement, stood out. However, if you consider it as the price of the view and the service, it may be worth it.
The sunset seen from the pool on the seventh floor was very beautiful.
The staff were friendly.

The hotel is in a prime location, five minutes from the airport, within walking distance to highly rated restaurants and convenience stores. All rooms have sea views, and the view is quite wide. Breakfast starts at 6:00, so you can still make it in time even if you join a day tour. Package service is also available, which is very rich and delicious. Airport transfer is 75,000 IDR per trip. There is an infinity pool on the third floor. The staff are very polite and enthusiastic. Next to the lobby is MINISO. The shower water is not very good, and the hot water can only last for fifteen minutes. After a single shower, you have to wait for more than half an hour before you can take a shower again.

Zazgo Hotel left a positive impression on me! The room was spacious and clean, while the staff were polite and attentive to guests' requests. The hotel's location is also convenient – not far from the city's main attractions.
However, I want to note an important point for those planning to use the laundry service: be sure to clarify the price before handing in your clothes. In my case, the cost turned out to be higher than expected, although the quality of the laundering was good.
Overall, I recommend this hotel, especially for its comfort and location, but be mindful when using additional services.

Air Conditioner is set to turn off automatically, every time it is turned off, you need to change it in the settings, it blows warm air, I think it is also on purpose. The Internet is very weak. The water pressure is low. I do not recommend it.

I got more than I expected.
Good place to stay for few nights in Bajo.
But guys you need to turn off extremely bright lights on balconies at night time.
Even blackout curtains doesn't help to make room dark with this lights.
