酒店就在火車站旁邊，附近有餐廳和超市，很方便，房間也挺大的。前台的工作人員不是很友好，我們不知道退房時間是10點，他們提醒之後馬上收拾東西，他們期間不停打電話催，然後我們10:20下去退房前台那個女的拉長了臉，一副冷漠，她是我們在日本整個行程遇到的最不友好的日本人了！

Even though I booked the specified room, they gave me a different room, making some lame excuse like the room was undergoing construction.
I complained that it wasn't the room I specified, and they upgraded me to a different room. I was disgusted by their attitude of trying to get away with leaving the room dirty if it wouldn't be found out.
I also didn't get the sense that the upper management had any intention of treating customers well as part of the service industry.

The room was new and clean.
