グランティアホテルは普通のルートインホテルよりもランクが上だと聞いていたので期待していましたが大浴場も無料コーヒーサービスもなくサービス面で他のルートインホテルより悪い気がしてしまいました。
禁煙の部屋のはずなのにタバコ臭くエアコンも温度が調整できずで期待していたぶんがっかりしてしまいました。
朝食はとても良かったです。

I also stayed here during Golden Week. It is often used by groups, so the breakfast buffet gets quite crowded, but you can enjoy a variety of meals.
