The wind is quite strong and you can’t go into the water. It’s a great hotel. It’s enough to stay for 2 days because you can’t eat the buffet on the third day 😂

The service, the employees, the pool, the buffet everything was great!
A truly incredible experience, we have done different hotels in Crete and it is clearly above the rest.
Chania at 30mn and Balos at 1h00.
Only small downside, the quality of the coffee from the restaurant machines but possible to take it to the different bars to have a quality one :)
Ditto for the choice of non-alcoholic cocktails which is a bit limited
But nothing dramatic greatly enhanced by everything else!
Thank you to the teams for their kindness and professionalism!

The hotel is directly on the beach 🏖️ it has servals pools and a water park, you can spend as much time as you want in the water. 🌊
It has 5 restaurants offer breakfasts, lunches and dinners with hundreds choices of food 🥐🥯🥨🍳🍔🥩🥞🍖🍕🧆and more than 100 drinks including alcohol drinks. 🥤🧋🍶🍺🍸🍷🍻1 pool bar and 1 food corner offer snacks, desserts and drinks all day long. 🍪🍿🍩🍮🍦🍹🥃
The highlight: everything is FREE!! You can drink and eat as much as you want, whenever and wherever you want! 🆓
Plus they have programs all the long too. You can do sport🏋️, dancing🧘♀️, play football, ⚽️tennis🎾🏸, and they have live music every night and they have shows in the weekend evenings. 🎹🎼🥁

Interested to hear from other guests who stayed at the Euphoria during June 2013 who had, and raised issues regarding room cleanliness, lack of hot food some evenings and excessive noise due to wedding parties. Particularly interested to hear from any guests who stayed between June 13th and June 27th 2023 and who complained about the excessive wedding party noise and even considered leaving the hotel

This has to be one the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, in Europe. From the moment we checked in, it was made easy they’d clearly already planned ahead by allocating us with an interconnecting room. I’m Gluten Free and they kindly asked me to fill out a form as a formality, so that they knew to assist me every meal time and indeed they did but you do have to prompt them of course and always went the extra mile to ensure that a chef would come out and tell me what was Gluten Free and what wasn’t. The buffet food is clean fresh and plenty to choose from and all dishes are well executed. It’s rare to say but I actually enjoyed the buffet food over the a la carte food, not to say that the a la carte’s were bad. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The entertainment is also good, the hotel grounds are euphoric and the private beach and all outdoor pools are lovely but most importantly the service is superb, they clearly take pride in their service. Bottom line if you’re thinking of visiting Crete, you really can’t go wrong staying in this hotel. I highly recommend. Maurizio Salustro GLUTEN FREE DON

Εγκαταστασεις πανεμορφες, φαγητο υπεροχο, διασκεδαση πολυ καλη, προσωπικο ΤΕΛΕΙΟ, εξυπηρετηση ΑΠΟΛΥΤΗ, αρα ΦΟΒΕΡΕΣ διακοπες.Το χαμογελο και η απολυτη ικανοποιηση στο προσωπο του κουμπαρου μου ηταν για μενα η μεγιστη ανταμοιβή. Ευχαριστουμε ειδικα την Ιορδανα στο Pool bar,την Κατερινα και τον Μπαμπη στο Σπα, τους σεφ φαγητων και γλυκων, την Ελευθερια στο main bar, αλλα και ολο το υπεροχο προσωπικο που εκανε τις διακοπες μας ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΕΣ.Ευχαριστούμε πανω απο ολους ΠΟΛΥ ΠΟΛΥ την Ξενια στις κρατήσεις για το ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ δωματιο που μας εδωσε αλλα και ολες τις κοπελες στην υποδοχη για την αμεσότητα, την ζεστασια και το χαμογελο τους. Μας εκαναν να νιωσουμε σαν Βασιλιαδες. Ειναι απο μονες του λογος να ερθουμε ξανα και ξανα στο Υπεροχο Euphoria. Να ειστε παντα καλα και εμεις τυχεροι να ξαναρθουμε.

Was not a good experience the staff was so arrogant, they let us waiting 5 hours to make check in. The cleaning room was not so good. The food so so and the price was high. I will note consider 5 star hotel maybe 3 star. The location was good and the beach was not so good for family and child
