Pobyt tylko na 1 noc, ale to wystarczy by poznać hotel i jego otoczenie.
Dużo atrakcji w hotelu grota solna, kort tenisowy, duży basen czy też wieczorne imprezy taneczne.
Posiłki bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone
Obsługa naprawdę pomocna i życzliwa.
Brak większych uwag.

We decided to spend Christmas here and definitely it was a very bad idea. Price to quality aspect is a JOKE! Good things were: location of the hotel, good breakfasts and acceptable size of the room. The food here is less than poor quality. Restaurants look like big school cafeterias with harsh lighting and it’s also very dirty there. Tables and chairs are disgusting. We chose Christmas offer and we felt that we were scammed of our money. We are very upset that we spent our family time in such a place. Never again!

Wir kommen hierher nicht mehr. Wir haben unseren Urlaub abgebrochen, weil uralten Matratzen im Zimmer sind einfach Horror, nach mehreren Beschwerden an die Rezeption würde einfach 2 Holzbretter unter Matratzen reingesteckt. Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant, kein Guten Morgen oder guten Abend man bekommt hier nicht zuhören und das Lächeln kann man auch nicht mehr erwarten. Die Geschirr am Tisch wird auch nicht abgeräumt. Was gutes über Hotel: Schöne Lage, gutes Essen, tolles Schwimmbad mit Saunabereich.

Zimmer war geräumig..Die Betten leider zu durchgelegen,die WC Brille locker.Bei Halbpension waren Getränke nicht inbegriffen und wenn man was trinken wollte mußte man sich von der Bar selber holen. Als Deutsche hatten wir das Gefühl bekommen nicht willkommen zu sein.Hatte man eine Frage wurden die Augen gerollt.Keinerlei Freundlichkeit uns gegenüber. Wir würden kein zweites Mal dort hinfahren, schade.

Wir buchten einen KUR Urlaub im Arka Medical Spa Hotel. Die erhoffte Erholung und medizinische Hilfe für MEIN Krankheitsbild blieb aus. Mit dem Kur Paket bekommt man eher allgemeine Anwendungen. KÄLTE: Wir hatten bei unseren Aufenthalt 3 Tage Nebel, keine Sonne und 16 Grad. Im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel ging jedoch KEINE Heizung. Auf Nachfrage mehrerer Gäste wurde gesagt, diese wird erst ab Oktober angeschaltet. Das bedeutet auch, dass man die Badesachen nicht mal im Bad über den Handtuchtrockner zum trocknen hängen konnte und so zur nächsten Anwendung mit nassen Badesachen und klammen Bademantel durchs kalte Hotel lief. Das ist so gar nicht "med" und eher gesundheitsschädlich. Essen: Das Essen war wirklich toll und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde schnell abgeräumt und alles war sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine Waffel- und Eierstation und auch Abends gab es von Fisch bis Wild, Aufschnitt mit Brot und toller Salate genügend Auswahl. Zimmer: Wir waren in der 7 Etage mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war bei Anreise sauber und die Matratzen bequem. Es war angenehm ruhig und man hört das Meer rauschen. Unterhaltung: Vormittags kann man im großen Becken schwimmen oder im Salzwasserbecken relaxen. Die Sauna ist schön, aber eben typisch polnisch nicht textilfrei. Mann kann nackt in die Sauna, das ist gar so vorgeschreben, aber die Polen kommen alle bekleidet dazu. Die Salzgrotte fand ich auch erholsam. Am Nachmittag spielt jemand live Saxophon oder Geige an der Bar oder im Biergarten ab 20.30 Uhr gibt es Tanz an der Bar. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Wald sind super.

Плюсы. Очень чистый и красивый й отель,вкусная еда, очень, большое разнообразие. Вкусно всё ! Кто пишет,что это не так,это неправда. Места всегда можно найти. З ресторана. Шикарный бассейн ,вода 28 градусов. Не холодно. Несколько саун, джакузи. Красный солярий. Вода питьевая в отеле, не нужно покупать. С интернетом у меня не было проблем,а вот у подруги были. Всё для спорта есть. Возможность медицинских процедур. Их много. Но бесполезна ванна для ног с пузырьками, просто обман. Море было холодное , 19 градусов. Я купалась. Но погода жаркая. Пляж хороший, чистый . Могли бы поставить скамейки,чтоб посидеть у моря или лежаки. Не все могут сесть на песок ,люди пожилые или больные. Из минусов. На рецепции никто не улыбается,при чём даже в ответ. Это неприятно. Хотя на всё отвечают. Работу делают. Нигде нет часов. Ни в рецепции,и где медицинский центр. Это очень неудобно. Музыка на дискотеке второго этажа каждый день очень громкая. Просто невозможно. Наверное диджей глухой?. Об этом говорят все. Рядом даже не возможно разговаривать. Это ненормально. Наверное люди в этом корпусе очень недовольны. Музыка орёт на все этажи. А может кто то спит ? Так же не улыбаются в медицинском центре, как будто их там мучают. Часов нет на стенах. В первый день женщина врач,лет 75 была очень грубая, орала и назначила ненужные процедуры,как ванна для ног. И какое право она имеет орать??? Пришлось идти к другому врачу,чтоб переделать,но это стоило 30 евро. Почему?. Механический массаж в виде кровати с водой не должна иметь очень горячую воду , как было, это неправильно. Пришлось отказаться от третьего раза,поменяла на массаж ручной.Хотя это очень классная вещь. Очень громкая музыка в соляной пещере,25 минут,нет возможности поспать. Даже с берушами. . Нет стаканчиков для воды в корридорах. И везде. Простыни на кровати всю ночь скатавылись. Пришейте резинки. Польский транспорт из Германии,сделал стресс,что приехал на 30- 40 минут раньше. One of the largest and most well-known hotels in Kolobrzeg. We had an enjoyable stay. Food was indeed very good, to meet all tastes and the room was renovated, albeit rather small. The room could have been a little bit cleaner; it had a balcony with great sea-view. The swimming pool was good and the daily disco at the lounge, too; a nice rotating caf'e/restaurant on top floor. Being really very large, the hotel did have a couple of disadvantages: Sometimes a queue at the reception or a delay to catch the lift. Nevertheless: Much recommended.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das ein Hotel, wo viel geboten wird. Es ist nun mal keine Luxusklasse, aber für den kleineren Geldbeutel durchaus angenehm. Es liegt meiner Meinung nach in Kolberg in der schönsten Landschaft. Meer 70 m entfernt und der große Wald direkt daneben. Gut zu joggen und Radfahren. Über deas Essen (HP) kann man überhaupt nicht meckern. Das Angebot sowohl früh und auch abends ist großartig und schmackhaft. Auch das Personal ist freundlich. Eine scharfe Kritik muß ich aber trotzdem loswerden. Jeden Abend, aber auch jeden Abend in der Großbar diese Tanzveranstaltung mit sehr lauter Musik. Man hört in den darüber liegenden Zimmern nur die Bässe. Da vibriert einiges in den Zimmern. Erholung für unsere 11 Tage - Fehlanzeige. Es ist aber typisch für diese neue Zeit, Musik m u ß eben laut sein. Anders gehts nicht mehr. Vor allem diese dämlichen Bässe auf elektronischer Basis das nervt. Musikalische Kunst wie mit den herkömmlichen Schlagzeugen gibt es nicht mehr. Das ist Krach auf höchster Ebene der Nivaulosigkeit.
