To begin with, the staff at reception were very friendly. Then we complained because there was a wedding two rooms next to us and it was extremely loud. We were told that it would go on until 4 a.m. I asked for a new room and said the noise and loud music was unbearable, and we were told no, there was no other room! I then called trip.com and complained. They then called the hotel and a very rude lady from reception called our room and told us to go to the other rooms... In the end, the customer really is just a bug. The staff usually only have their cell phones in their hands. If you have a question and have to put the phone away, you immediately pull a face. Basically the hotel was clean but the staff were rude, even in the restaurant....

Amazing hotel and amenities. Hotel is right by the water; wonderful breakfast is included. We found it strange that there was no room service besides cleaning out the garbage's. For the price of the room daily room service of switching out towel and making the beds should have been provided. Besides that, we had a great time!

after entering the hotel, the gentleman who worked at the reception - it seemed that he was not interested in me - was doing something on the computer; only after I said hello did he leave the computer - it was not a cordial reception; apart from that, the breakfast and the service in the breakfast room were definitely a plus; nice hotel - the occupancy was quite low, so it was quiet - which was very important to me.
