Pokój czysty, hotel zadbany, śniadanko całkiem spoko- każdy dla siebie coś znajdzie.
Obsługa? Jedna Pani bardzo miła, druga "zołza" i tak naprawdę to chyba kwestią kto wstał lewą nogą;)
Basen- jak dla mnie zbyt zimna woda, ale jedni wola taka druga inna🤷♀️

Das hotel ist echt das letzte, Zimmer; der Teppich Boden ist total mit Flecken versehen. Betten sehr klein, ohne Matratzen Schoner, Couch schmutzig, zu wenig Bügel, die ganze Woche wurde nicht gereinigt, Toilettenpapier musste man sich selber holen. Schimmel im Bad, Essen eintönig, kein Spuckschutz. Parkgebühr reine Abzocke. Mir ist klar das ich in einen 3 Sterne hotel keinen Luxus erwarte, aber Sauberkeit , sowie freundliches Personal kann man schon erwarten. Nein das hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Ich habe vom 20. bis 25.05.25 ein DZ (Zimmer-Nr.: A113) im Hotel Solny gebucht. Leider ist trotz Bitte und rechtzeitiger Absprache mit der Rezeption, das Zimmer nach 3 Tagen immer noch nicht gereinigt worden. Weder Handtücher wurden gewechselt noch Toilettenpapier ergänzt. Eine nochmalige Bitte bei der Rezeption nach Rückkehr ins Hotel ist erneut fehlgeschlagen und wurde abgewiesen. Ich habe das Hotel deshalb vorzeitig am 24.05.2025 verlassen, Ergänzend zur fehlenden Zimmerreinigung möchte ich darüber hinaus noch folgende Mängel reklamieren: - Das WiFi/W-LAN hat trotz Zusicherung auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen nicht funktioniert. - Die Betten waren derart durchgelegen und weich, das ein ordentlichen Liegen nur eingeschränkt möglich ist. - Ein vernünftiges Sitzen auf der durchgesessene Couches war nicht möglich. - Im Bad gab es keinen Toilettenpapierhalter und keinen Duschvorleger. - Die Einnahme des Frühstücks war jeden Morgen eine Herausforderung (Viel zu enge Bestuhlung, Überfüllung des Raumes, Gefühl wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, 3 viel zu kleine und langsame Kaffeeautomaten für 160 Gäste, ständiges Anstehen nach einem Kaffee, wiederholter Ausfall der Kaffeeautomaten) Das Personal vor allem beim Frühstück war überwiegend unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Einzige Ausnahme war die sehr angenehme und überaus freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption während der Tagschicht.

Pokój, w jakim mieszkaliśmy bardzo ładny, przestronny i wygodny. Niestety serwis oferowany przez hotel poniżej jakichkolwiek standardów. Pierwsza wizyta pokojówki na czwarty dzien, tylko po to by zabrać śmieci i wymienić ręczniki. Przez cały pobyt pokój nie tkniety miotłą, szmatką czy odkurzaczem. Szkoda, bo naprawdę mógłby być to dobry resort. Dajemy dwie gwiazdki, tylko za śniadania i lokalizację i jakość pokoju. Reszta mniej niż zero

On a tour from Germany and they only told us the name of the hotel just before we arrived, hmmm. To be honest, it sufficed for three nights. The rooms were basic, but the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower, despite the small nozzle, was very powerful. Curtains didn’t fully close but used an hair clip which worked (see photo). Don’t expect the room to be serviced. The WiFi was poor, only worked in a certain part of the room and two of the electric outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was plentiful, although fried eggs and sausages were a bit monotonous. They did have smoked fish which was good. Two coffee machines not enough for the number of guests.

Gutes 3 Sterne Hotel mit angeschlossenem 4 Sterne Ressort (Spa usw.). Nette Zimmer (leider ohne Balkon), großes Bad. Essen als Buffet, gut und reichlich. Es war zum Frühstück alles da. Getränke, auch zum Mittag- oder Abendessen musste man sich in der Bar selber holen. Keine Getränkeaufnahme am Tisch. Für ein Hotel unmöglich: Die Bar wurde um 21 Uhr geschlossen!!!!!! UNMÖGLICH !!!!
