The rooms were clean and neat, toilets and neat with out bad smell very walkable distance to the mookambika temple, over all room rates are reasonable,

please do not think of booking this property. This was my worst ever experience in staying in any hotel.. Can you imagine a hotel without a reception. They don't even have a reception. No wify in the hotel. this is for people who vome in group of 5,6 take the room for freshening up and pay ₹ 500.

Supper experience and neet room services, good location and stay like a homely atmosphere and everything is good and thankyou all.

The service provided was extremely disappointing, and the staff exhibited unfriendly behavior. We had booked three rooms, but they initially claimed that only two rooms were reserved. After lengthy discussions, they finally acknowledged the booking and provided all three rooms. To make matters worse, they did not even offer drinking water. The cost for the three rooms was around ₹17,000, but the quality of the rooms and facilities was far below expectations, more fitting for a room priced at ₹6,000. The rooms were small, and the bed sheets and bath towels were stained, which made the experience even worse.

Hotel charges are high for the facilities provided. Only plus point is it is close to temple.

Hot water was available at all times but bathroom ,room cleanliness was not upto mark.bed linen was untidy.also basic things promised like mineral water, telephone was not available in the room.
