Hotel staff misbehaved with me, before check in i asked for using washroom they denied. There is no public washroom. Hotel room boys comes to our room without knocking and used vulgar languages to me. And tried to misbehave with me. This hotel is not secured for ladies.

Poor amenities. Wash room quality is poor. Limited parking. Tiny room & very much conjusted. It's over priced for the offered facility.

Ok, there is nothing wrong with the stay as such. The double room is spacious enough and has beautiful ambient lighting. Cleanliness is top-notch, especially the bathroom(including toilet. However, these are the drawbacks i found 1) lack of covered parking. We have to keep our vehicle out in the open just in front of the hotel. Yes, the parking space is there but i didn't feel it as secure. 2)the staff is unprofessional. Don't get me wrong, they aren't annoying or anything but lack professionalism. 3) the shower in the bathroom is barely 4 feet tall. These are just nitpickings. I will recommend this place for around 1200 rupees per night.

Restaurant was not open. There was no lock in bathroom, no enough sugar or teabags, service was poor. Water supply was less.

Nice ac queen beg room for rs 1443 per night. Room is big enough for 2 people. 10+ minutes walk from kollam railway station. Also has space for vehicle parking. All staffs has friendly nature and supportive attitude. Request the hotel to start there restaurant has soon has possible, you need to go to town even for a cup of tea. Also there is no hot water available for taking bath, will i was staying.

Overall, the stay was good. The front desk personnels were co-operative. Cleanliness was good. No restaurant facility at the property. Hot water supply was not functioning. Out of the 6 days of stay, 3 days the lift was not functioning. It was told that the motherboard of the lift is having problem. Now it is not exactly sure as to when the technician will come, as the technician need to come from bangalore, it was told.
