Itc Sonar hotel is an absolute gem will never forget the impeccable service provided to us. Tushar, Apurba and Taniya were a great help. I will surely be visiting again and hopefully with my family. Food in the banquet was excellent. 😃😃😃😃😃

We had a lovely stay here for Vacation. The folks at reception and those servicing the rooms were very courteous and hospitable. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Especially my niece liked the fish 🐟 🐠 pond and the availability of fish food (to feed the fishes) upon request, added to the experience.

Staff is horrible at reception dont know how to handle guests specially duty manager rohan only thing good is breakfast.

Great wonderful. Ever-ting was nice and shine. Breakfast was really super. Food is costly but u enjoy it.

Excellent place with great service Manas from housekeeping was exceptional when it came to cleanliness of the room etc Even the restaurant staff at Eden pavillion for breakfast/ pan asian was very good Definitely recommended for all types of stay Also the place is commutable from most of the tourist places

I was staying at the ITC hotel and ordered room service, I was attended by Manisha, she was amazing! Very kind and Professional, she was smiling all the time. The food was very tasty, the pistachio Lassi definitely my favorite. The food came fast as well, in about 30 minutes.

Starting from the entrance, this hotel has an impressive interior all through. The pond inhabited with fish and lotus plants adds to the attraction. Peshawri service was beyond excellent. Debanjali and Rajanya were very welcoming. I would like to visit again.
