The room was not cleaned. Located near esplanade metro station. But, staffs are rude. They denied giving room if it is booked

The recommended three bad room is dirty. Ac is not working. Then what can i do this situation. And then i decided to shift my room double bed room. Please make my trip don't do this your assisting customers. Thank you.

1. Blankets provided to us were foul smelling. 2. Room walls were demp. 3. Pillows and bed covers were very dirty. 4. Room service was very poor. 5. I will never step in 2nd. Time.

The hotel location is very good but without upgrading and without being maintained even in a small town we can get a much better hotel than this. Blankets and rooms are smelly and so dirty uff never suggests such hotel people.
