We have been staying here for long time but since recent times we are facing cleanliness and parking issues. Food is ok. Staff is good.

The hotel is absolute crap.
The service of the hotel needs to be improved. Parking is a big problem. The car has to be parked on the road.
There is no handwash in the bathroom.
The bathroom door locks automatically. I was stuck in the bathroom by myself for half an hour and the staff had no way to get me out.
It takes 20m for car parking while check in, it also takes time to get the room after check in Very bad experience😌

They do not value customers. Seeing their behaviour we opted not stay at that hotel, even though we had paid the full amount through mmt. They asked for more money after check-in.
